@@1000shoeswoman - I agree. I definitely would also say more eggs, vegetables, and green onion. Produce is so crazy expensive now. I've been told I'm "heavy handed" when I cook. I always put larger amounts of "groceries" in the food I'm cooking.
Sugar, is right next to butter, as the secret ingredients that make restaurant food so good. Use just enough to fall under the threshold where it can be tasted. It triggers something in the brain that makes a meal feel extra satisfying. Just writing this down I realize it’s more of a trick, than a secret.
The Asians add sugar to their fried rice, that’s how I was taught to do it but she did do so weird stuff like too much oil not taking out the egg too much salt and not enough soya sauce
Man have him hair in a ponytail and he bald in the middle and talk with a high pitch voice....brudda who tell u make videos ? Ya have some real important life decisions to make before you advise anything.

I think she didn't put enough soy sauce. I've never heard of sugar in fried rice. I was told always use day old rice. That rice looked fresh cooked.

The Egg To Rice Ratio Totally Insane,
She Use To Much Rice For Little Bit A Egg
The egg should have been taken out halfway cooked. It shrinks and turns rubbery when it's overcooked, similar to shrimp.
Dah fry rice yah look sad😭☠️☠️
That much salt with soy sauce is a heart attack waiting at the door.
The amount of salt she put in there make me feel like it’s a bucket of salt😝 I was wondering when she was going to stop pouring
She needs to add some browning to that. And take out the sugar and who puts sugar in fried rice 😂😂😂

Thats the commercial version of egg fried rice. It does not have a lot of seasoning or meat. It is usually served with other dish.
Bottom line: cook at home as much as possible. Sugar and all that oil? No thanks
