Korone (pronounced KO-RO-NAY) is one of probably 3 vtubers in Hololive that dragged the highest number of overseas people down the rabbit hole, at least until the english speaking talent came into the picture. She has some amazing clips if you ever decide to move on from just music reactions and want to react to clips of their streams. Her actual model is pretty much as anime designed as the others in hololive but she is a dog girl with ears and a tail, usually refereed to as a kemomimi (animal ear) girl. Once they get more animalistic features then you get into whats called furry. Anyway the overall look in this video has more to do with the writers and producers "FAKE TYPE" (also Mori's favorite band btw), this is very much done in their style.
I have seen other suggest it but i would also like to recommend the "Hololive 3rd Fes digest" for EN and ID, so you can see what its like when they perform live and the amazing AR technology they use for concerts.
I agree that some clip reaction videos would be fantastic. Especially some of the older ones from 2020.

Random facts: Inugami Korone's family name (Inugami) can be read as 'dog god', hence the song name.
This song was written by Fake Type, a group that was also a big inspiration for Calli.
Fun fact: the cartwheel she does in this video she actually did it irl at the latest hololive concert where in the middle of her performance out of nowhere and totally unexpected she suddenly did a cartwheel

Korone in general is amazing, given her insane athleticism and stamina (She can play a game non-stop for like 30 hours and not even sound tired until her manager bonks her to go to sleep) 😂

Even then she might choose not to sleep anyway. She is known to have insane endurance and she does train a martial art.
Korone is a Dog-girl. She's part of Hololive Gamers (a group focused on games, though they all can sing amazingly as well).
Her BFF is called Okayu, and she's a Catgirl (same Hololive Gamers group).
Okayu has this amazing deep voice that is incredibly versatile, and if you listen you won't believe she used to be embarrassed by her voice and wasn't confident in her singing when she started.
My recommendation would be her cover of "flos" by Nekomata Okayu, I think you'll fall in love with her voice once you hear it.
And her many duets with Korone are just adorable as all heck, as only true BFFs can pull off.
Korone is probably my favorite V-Tuber! I'd definitely recommend watching some clips or highlights from her because she's so adorable & fun to watch! And no, her normal model is not as cartoony, but you won't be disappointed. Still incredibly cute. Just found out about another song because of you! You're awesome, man!
I think people haven't recommended songs with cuter voices because not everyone is a fan of them and it's harder to figure out who's a fan of it and who isn't. Anyway for a recommendation "Everlasting Soul" by Watame is a good one.
I agree that that's probably the reason. Not everyone is a fan of Jpop or anime-esque music, so usually the ballads or raps get recommended first.
+1 for anything Watame-related, especially "My Song" or "Mayday, Mayday".
Korone has a somewhat sinister subtext to her character and it's interesting the name of this song because she wants to be, to her fans, doggy god. Literally. The smiling head people in the video are her representation of her fans and they are required to smile for her. She also acts very possessive of her fans and when her chat says they watch other V-tubers she acts very intimidating, rarely she will be verbally abusive or threaten violence. In the video a fan is very nervous while on a date and Korone is the waitress. She also beats up fans in the video. She collects fingers that, if they are truly dedicated, she has acquired from her fans. In the video you can see fingers flying around the screen while she is dancing. Overall her character is portrayed as a cult like figure in the background that is totally unrelated to her on camera persona. There is even a horror game on steam called Evil God Korone.
I am not making this up. Don't tell Korone I said anything.
It really is all in good fun though and Korone is one of the most marketed Hololive members. She is a mascot for Sega and team Sonic. It's really genius that a super nice, super cute character has one really dark joke about her.
kemonomimi is a human with animal features like in the case of Korone would be her dog ears and tail.
There's a lot about this video that you probably didn't fully get because it's full of references to various memes and in-jokes connected to Korone and her streams. Like the balled things with oddly shaped mouths are based on a badly drawn figure she made to represent her fans (Koronesukis) and the fingers are a reference to her sort of catchphrase "Yubi yubi!" And fans joking that you should sacrifice your fingers to her (yubi means finger in Japanese). Basically dedicated fans get more out of this video than anyone else.

I for one love this song and have been requesting this song for a while now and she just naturally sounds that cute. and she is one of the few JP talents that can understand and speak English to a point that you could understand clearly. I would reccomend seeing some of her clips because there is a ton of symbolism too.
Just to let you know, Occasionally, they do have subtitles as well for the V-tubers so be sure to be on the look out for that!
The entire song is how about she owns the streets from west to east side. So you better pay up the protection fee as she runs these streets. It is a mafioso dog here...
There is another animal type vtuber in hololive called okayu. She has a cat like model but has only few songs but when korone and okayu stream together they are just a great comedyduo. Together they are called okakoro. They have some karaokestreams together and you can find funny clips out of their normal streams together that are translated in to english. I can recommend watching it even if you don't plan on reacting to it.
Based on the info I have, Korone is a dog who transformed into a person when she ate her owner's finger which had a magic ring on it. Now she works at a cafe. This town is made up of her subscribers who are depicted as worshiping her as a god.
Korone did the front flip in the MV live on stage at Hololive 3rd fes.

Since you took a look at an animal-earred member this week, my theme this week will be songs from Hololive Gamers, the generation within Hololive that Korone belongs to. First, from Korone's close friend and partner-in-crime, Mogu Mogu Yummy by Nekomata Okayu. Next, two songs from the first member of Gamers and another of the members that pulled a lot of people into the rabbithole, Say Fanfare and Kingworld by Shirokami Fubuki. Last, from the mama of Hololive, Howling by Ookami Mio.
Never heard this song before but I'm aware of Korone (Kor-oh-nay). A lot of vtuber designs are anime inspired or influenced, so you'll see a variety that are anthropomorphized or gijinka (taking something and making it human-like). So Korone would be a dog or in fantasy terms a chienthrope (dog-person). Your example of Gura; her lore is that she's from Atlantis which is usually represented as some kind of mer-people (more Little Mermaid as opposed to Aquaman), but they made the decision to lean towards shark-people instead for her.
Love your videos, one of the few reaction channels who have an interesting personality, also I suggesting listening to Blessing by Kiichan her voice is amazing and she sings in 13 (I think even more) different languages so I highly recommend checking out some of her stuff.
