Very clear information and great content. This single video has made lookup very simple for me and I managed to do a very difficult job in 10 minutes and saved nearly 10 Hours instantly. I started doing the job after watching half the video and ended up with some errors. Then I continued watching the remaining part of the video wherein the possible errors and solutions were clearly provided. I corrected both the mistakes and the job is over. Thank you so much.

Video is ok except the definition... the definition you said is a " look for a value in 'A COLUMN' .... It seems incorrect. The definition is ' Look for a value in 'THE LEFTMOST COLUMN'... Leftmost column is different from just 'a column. Means the value that you are looking for should be in the most left side column ( column no. 1) of the table array. Please correct if I am wrong.
