      I didn’t notice him too much when they played Chelsea a few weeks back but I wasn't really looking out for him. Wolves have been banging a few goals in so he could be worth a punt.

    Decent week for me. 57 points thanks to Havertz (pivoted from Pedro to him a couple of weeks ago) and Mbumeo mostly. Saka too but highly owned. Can I ask your thought on Foden Steve? I didn't get to watch the game but I want to pivot away from Luis Diaz. He's dropping in price and has now been benched. I'm just short of Palmer for now so Foden looks a nice option. Do you think he gets a consistent run in these next green fixtures? He is a boom or bust type pick but based off his 230 points last season it could be a jump ahead of the comp type move

      Foden was actually pretty absent in the Fulham fixture and was hardly on the ball. Full credit to Fulham by the way, I thought they played really well! It was Foden's second game back though, and playing without Rodri & KDB will take a bit of an adjustment period for him and the team. But, Foden's a quality player, and I really rate him in this central duel 10 role that he’s been playing. City should generate a fair few chances over these next couple of games so I think he's probably worth the punt… if you can call Foden a punt of course.

    The BJ finishing comment is a bit harsh to be honest.
    The first finish was instinctive, on his weak foot, as the pass from Solanke had the perfect weight to make it easy for him, but it was s weakfoot finish from a player that was a very poor finisher last year, so it shows his confidence is up.
    The 2nd pass in behind from Kulu, he was still battling the LB, Kadioglu, who bumps him to put him slightly off balance when he goes to shoot that, so it's understandable why it was off target.
    BJ always had good underlying data tbh. He has 12 xG last year with 2500 mins, so if the mins are up, I'm going to hold him all season. This week was my first chance owning him, but his fixtures work well for a transfer straight into Mitoma in GW12 and then Eze in 18 if his BJ's form dies down, but especially with Kulu playing CAM, BJ is a lock for 75 mins on the RW for only 6.5M in FPL

      Haha, BJ finishing? 😆The double entendre aside 😉 I think you kind of made my point when you say he had a poor season of finishing last year. I noticed this as well and largely discounted him last season, and when I saw that 44th minute attempt at the finish plus a couple of others that he got quite wrong this season, it makes me think it's likely to continue. And I kind of disagree on the Kadioglu challenge, watching it again he took like 5 or 6 steps after he was bounced and it looks like he steadied himself during that before he took the shot.
      That first finish was a very nice, calm and collected shot, with good body shape, so take nothing away from that instinctive finish! And like I said in the video, I think he will tick along, but he could also be very hit and miss which could make him a frustrating asset to own. Long story short, I wouldn’t talk anyone out of owning him, I was just detailing why he’s not at the top of my list.

    Your Video quite answered the question i have for you: Would you pay the extra mil for Maddison? And, who would you rather have in your fpl team: Mc.Neil or Brennan Johnson?

    • @GKneeIssYT
      @GKneeIssYT  3 месяца назад +2

      Maddison is a player that thrives on confidence, swinging in and out of form last season. He played some phenomenal football when he was on form early season, but was wasteful and absent in the matches when he went through tough periods. You can tell he’s going through a confident patch when he’s dominating the play, consistently getting on the ball and accurately spraying it about. He also tends to interact with the crowd too. So yes, if you think he’s in form I would definitely spend the extra money. But, if you see him start to miss the mark with a few of his passes and he starts to go into his shell then make sure to jump ship.
      In a shootout between McNeil and Johnson I think I’d side with Johnson. McNeil looks like he’s a much better finisher but I don’t expect Everton to generate much attack, so I think Johnson has the better shot at outscoring McNeil.

      @@GKneeIssYT I like Maddison a lot and i will even go for a Spurs triple up.
      I pretty much made up my mind and will transfer McNeil out to bring Johnson in. I am even willing to take a minus 4 by funding this move with Robbo to Ait Nouri or Leif Davis!!!

    Enjoyed the video today mate! I’m also rolling this week but have Robertson at the moment. Would you hold him or move him on to a Gabriel or any other premium asset?

    • @GKneeIssYT
      @GKneeIssYT  3 месяца назад

      Thanks mate! Robertson is an interesting one, it’s hard to predict how often he’ll get rotated when there’s a big game midweek. I’d be tempted to jump on Gabriel if you don’t own him though, he’s an absolute BEAST at corners and set pieces, basically winning every duel and getting his headed shots on target often.

    Maybe a bit of a mad one but I'm thinking of transferring haaland out AFTER wolves and Southampton for cuna and Gabriel out for ait nouri hopefully have foden and palmer, saka in midfield.

    • @GKneeIssYT
      @GKneeIssYT  3 месяца назад +2

      I think a few managers will look to ditch Haaland, so not a completely mad move. I’m still undecided on what I'll do with him but I’m not discounting selling him. However, I definitely won’t be buying a Wolves defender, even with their nice run of fixtures. Foden, Palmer & Saka could be a very nice differential set of semi-premiums 👌

    A riled up Spurs with big Ange barking behind them vs a pretty poor West Ham side deeply worries me as I have no Spurs assets.

    • @GKneeIssYT
      @GKneeIssYT  3 месяца назад +1

      Agreed. For me I think it’s between Son or Solanke.

    • @CairneyGG
      @CairneyGG 3 месяца назад

      @@GKneeIssYT got to go Son for me if you have the funds. The only thing I don't like about Spurs is the points can come from many players; Son, Solanke, Maddison, Johnson, Kulu, even Porro and others.

    • @GKneeIssYT
      @GKneeIssYT  3 месяца назад

       @CairneyGG Spurs definitely have a team full of players that can haul on their day, it’s all about picking which are in form and which aren’t. I wanted to see Son back from injury before I make my choice but I need to sell Salah this gameweek to access the funds to deal with other players in my squad.

    Re Mateta: Palace fans have apparently been crying out for Nketiah to start centrally and Mateta has been shit (like the rest of the team, granted). Pressure on for Glasner, glad I never back Eze or Palace.

    • @GKneeIssYT
      @GKneeIssYT  3 месяца назад +2

      Interesting, Mateta has been on a bit of a goal scoring run from the end of last season, I'm surprised to hear the fans are unhappy. Bit of pressure on Palace now though, they could crumble.
