If the car has something on it you can get in game

If it has at least 1 of the following selected:
* Window tints
* Wheel/Rim color
* Primary Color paint job
* Secondary Color paint job
* Pearlescent
** MUST have Yankton, or the new plates. Some people are going crazy with the new plates like Liberty City & Las Venturas plates, but there’s a chance R* could release those for everyone making them common and thus scratched.
***Some VERY picky people also consider Selected Trim & Accent color as scratched. But generally speaking that’s just nitpicking, most people don’t consider that scratched.
****IMPORTANT: Applying a Crew color renders a car scratched. It’s not always easy to spot, but a trained or experience modded car collector can easily spot it, crew colors usually look like normal Metallic colors. So don’t go around applying crew colors to your cars and don’t trade or buy with people that apply their crew colors to their modded cars.
And btw, some ppl may be like ,”the car needs to have Patriot smoke & Halloween horn and Benny/F1 wheels” The smoke & horn can always be applied during those holiday seasons and the rims doesn’t make it scratched just less rare.
