- Here I install a flagstone patio for a friend off of their back deck. They wanted a very rustic look to match the log framed house they have so we left larger aggregate filled gaps and made use of various flagstone he has acquired from other patios. In the end it came out really nice, and I didn't have to break my back installing it!
Equipment Used:
Mini Excavator: 2021 Bobcat E26 R-Series
Excavator Tilt Adapter: Bobcat Power Tilt
Tractor: 2019 Kubota B2650
Dump Trailer: 2020 BigTex 14LP
Camera: GoPro HERO 7
This was fabulous. The layout of the pavers and the rocks and boulders and trees and of course the main event the log cabin look.
The pavers sent the look over the top 👏🏼
Man, you're getting to be an artist with that claw and bucket! Such precision.
Ha thank you, hopefully I can be the same with the CMP grapple I have on order...
@@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC you got this!
Great finished project. I always liked those stone patios.
Thanks! I like em too, the natural variety looks cool
Good job!
Thanks!
That came out great!
That came out amazing.
That turned out very nice!
Nice job, but looks a little tedious working with all those irregular shaped stones. Upside is you’re all ready for the next egg challenge, 😊
Yeah, definitely a mental drain putting it together like a puzzle, but rewarding. Haha, I might just be able to get one without it exploding
Looks amazing! What two base materials did you use?
Thanks! I used 3/4" crushed stone for the base and 3/8" crushed stone for the screed layer under the flagstone.
Impressive professionalism. Please write equipment name you were leveling ground height. Thanks :-)
Thanks! It is a ZipLevel
where did you get the wrist at??
It's the Bobcat Powertilt. Got it from my dealer earlier in the year!
@@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC i have the same machine 2022 long arm edition, how much is the attachment? is it a pain to install?
Its just a quick exchange attachment so that goes on your stick and then you can put any other quick exchange on the bottom of the wrist. So its pretty quick to swap around, just a small hassle connecting the aux hoses if you dont have a diverter.
little bit abstract for my taste but it is unfinished so cant really say how I feel about it. Good job though its better than before
