❤🎉😂🎉 Good Work...
I am an Industrial Engineer and can watch videos like this forever. Started out in Methods and Standards in a unionized capital equipment OEM. Those days were great but long gone. Thank you.,
Never in the history of the world has so much been spent to make such a small product. I will have much more respect for clips and thumb tacks from now on.
A fascinating process but the banging noise in that factory would drive me crazy.
Our body itself is a chemical factory 😀 , fantastic camera job. , and fantastic process work. Thank you🙏.
nice test method....
That's interesting that Mitsuya can apparently compete with competitors in low-wage nations.
I wonder why packaging is done manually.. they could've used an automatic assembly line for packing clips into acrylic boxes and put on the stickers way quickly..
The punched out steel would make excellent guarding material.
Thank you for the descriptions of the processes. 👍👍
Great factory..
Fascinating, I had no idea there's still that much of a market for thumbtacks!
Nhật Bản ! Ăn thiệt làm thiệt việc gì cũng đặc uy tín chất lượng lên hàng đầu OK 🇯🇵👍.
Best of Best 👍
very interesting video ! awesome thx !
Bravo beau vidéo
Those machines make a happy sound and look well maintained, unlike the indian/pakistan factories 😱
Amazing! Difficult to see how the thumb tacks were put together though.👍☘️
great video. 👍
9:55 She knew there would be a video recording session and got her nails done.
I would have like to have seen the coloring of the tops of the tracks and color paper clips.
Very interesting.
Beautiful
Good content.
💞💞💞
it isn't clear how the wire is connected to the head. Is it spot welded?
Would have been nice to see/learn how the tack pin is actually attached to the disc portion. Is it spot welded, adhered somehow, or does magic hold it together? We may never know.
It is a friction fit. The wire is pushed through the top and the ram pushes it all forward mushing it together and giving the top a round dome.
This is the process of making a dent in the center of a round material and pressing a pin.
Would be nice to see a close-up unfinished product demo at the end of each intermediate process too.
Terima kasih perkongsian video nya sahabat 👍👍👍
Terima kasih telah menonton
@@processx sama2 terus semangat ye sahabat 💪🇲🇾.
8:04 The machine is playing the maiden's prayer.
These drawing pins (thumbtacks) look to be a lot more substantial than the flimsy ones we get in Europe that, if you push too hard or try to push into hard wood,, just burst though the cap and puncture your thumb.
Yep that was interesting to watch. The classical music in the background isn't needed (and is a bit off putting, the sounds of the machines working is all you need
Did that really have a washing machine done sound!?! Lol
No music please, just want to hear the factory noise.
@1:42 can be used for making wire mesh pen cups, baskets...
How are the tacks painted without painting the pin?
Anyone know the name of the piece of music or composer used in this video. I think it’s a jolly composition. Liked watching the manufacturing process. Thanks for sharing.
I have found the name of the tune just incase someone else is interested. Still Life - Adrian Berenguer
How do they count the right number of clips to go in the bag? And how does the machine count the number of tacks that go into the bag?
It would be either by weight or volume.
It's done via weight. I work for a scale company and multi bin mass weight system are a common place. Just a thought for you, most of the snack chips (crisps for over seas) you get in a bag are filled that way also.
Cercano personale😁😁😁😁😁😁
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I bet every worker has a tac in his boots

It's not iron it is steel.
Why are they packing them in second hand boxes?
Again with the music? can we please just have the sound of the process in the factory?
👋 👍 🙃
made in china thumbstucks is substandard
japan made is quality
7:52 Real gold (Au) plating on the thumbtacks, or a gold colored metal plating? 10:42
Dude...do you seriously think they would be using real gold?
@@elanjacobs1 You are correct. People don't use their brains.
@@elanjacobs1 It's Japan. They may have gold-plated thumbtacks as a sign of respect or status. The paper-clips are nickel-plated, which is pretty fancy by itself.
The added background music is unnecessary because the machines make their own music.
So the paper clips get packaged into a plastic case where the thumbtacks get packaged into a plastic bag 🤔
Paku payung buat di tancepin di sendal biar ga ketuker
dehydrator 😅
Das pressen nennt man stanzen.....
I think this is impressive, but I have no idea how it is commercially viable for there to be manufacturing for tacks and paper clips in Japan. DOesn't everyone just source them from China?
Someone has to make them. And these are made for the Japanese market.
Japan makes a lot of this kind of stuff domestically. It's highly automated so they can do it very cheaply. If you wander around dollar stores in Japan, you'll find a lot of those random products are made in Japan, while in North America, similar products would all be made in China. Despite this, they are very cost-competitive.
Smooth paperclips put into hard plastic containers but thumbtacks with sharp points are put into flimsy plastic bags. Makes no sense.
So much wasted energy and labor for an antiquated product in a digital world.

Utekmu utek opo terus 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Please do not put music under the factory noise. People want to hear the machinery, and the noise does not honor the music.

Music ?
