This man is a genius. He gave step by step methods, which are very easy to follow. Thanks a lot with your entire crew.
Thank you ❤
Thank you my friends to give this opportunity to did this important video to help people around the world to build there digester.

Can the tank still work in freezing weather or weather above 100°F?
@@carmelahearle957 it can work normally until 25 C° under this degree the production is less and less until about 12C° it will stop producing any gas .
Thank you sir, your explanation is very fantastic
@@MrTAHO1976 will this work in west africa? it gets very hot weather
@@wm.frederickcooper3775 sure it will work perfectly, this kind of bacteria like hot climates.
May the Almighty God bless for such a wonderful practical skills
Am so impressed with your presentation. Thank you for not being selfish but so open to help others without much knowledge. I am getting into the biogas digester to help with my family need for cooking.
Thank you for teaching us in English - your instructions are very clear!

This is so doable for a person like myself on a budget
I have learnt allot of Biogas production and I have confidence that I can now make one.
Thanks Good teacher.
The construction procedure is indeed reach and clear and that the technical knowledge to achieve optimal operation is impressive.
Sir, thank you.

Thank you so much for sharing
Best video ever about biodigester ... thank you very much Sir
Thank you for this interesting video. Your project is certainly also interesting for the members of the international youth network of terre des hommes as many of them deal with environmental issues and some of them have also developed their own projects on the topic of circular economy.
Mr Taha, your video is a great eyeopener; thanks for taking the time to put all together and for sharing freely of your wealth of knowledge.
God bless you Sir, please keep sharing!

I love this and I love YOU my brother Taha! Miss you here in the US! Hugs from all of us in Solar CITIES, your family around the world!
Thanks brother miss you too and miss US and all friends there so much, I hope we will meet again and do new projects.
@@MrTAHO1976 thank you for your good work. I would like to ask you a question. How much gas is produced in that PVC tank, when fully filled with slur. Can it boil hard foods like beans. Can it burn non stop for three hours?
@@stephendeya4862 with ideal condition from temperature and good feeding and adding good amount of water, 1 cu. M. Digester can produce 800 of biogas in one day it can give you enough energy for 3 meals for small family.
@@MrTAHO1976Thank you so so much Brother 👌 👍 👏 💯 🥰
May ALLAH bless you for this great knowledge you are sharing with us.
I would have loved to see the process of the final construction and installation, especially how you married or connected the two tanks together .
Awesome video in-fact the BEST one I came across in RUclips.
Thanks a million 🙏

@@LondonCarnaval you welcome brother, the two tanks is not connected at all the down one is the digester and it's fixed but the up one is movable up and down depend on having gas or no gas and this is the beauty of this design ( ARTI design ) it's digester and gas holder ( storage ) in the same time 2 in 1 really .
thanks from Northern bc, Canada.
Nice information, Highly appreciate greetings from Pakistan
Thank you for sharing this knowledge and supporting people in their autonomy to create sustainably-sourced gas
Best ever video on biogas I have watched. Keep up the good work.
That was great, very useful and informative. Thank you so much.
Thank you sir for this in-depth explanation
Thank you very much for this very informative and excellent video. I am looking forward to doing this myself. It will save me a lot of money.
The inlet/feeder tube is preferred to come into the tank from top, and reach just a few inches above bottom, with the same V-shape. This will let gravity work with you and will ease up feeding and offer better feed distribution over the bottom. Great video
Thank you very much for this fantastic presentation. I am a Mechanical Engineer & this all makes perfect sense to me & I applaud your efforts at sharing knowledge. Thanks & respect from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
this really helped a lot thank you..from Namibia👍
Thank you so much for sharing a very clear and easy to follow presentation. I now can do my own digester. May God bless you more.
Nice presentation.. 👍 i am doing hibrid system with pressure tank. Single digester.
I cant wait to build one for my family
thanks for the well-explained presentation. but I have a question sir, the gap between the wall of the digester and the gas storage does not leak gas. the storage was just put upside down in the digester, what about the side, how to prevent gas leakage.
You might be able to attach a type of bendable plastic flange there, around the bottom lip of the floating tank, but you won't lose that much even if you don't add a flange. The trick, I think, is to get two tanks that fit together as closely as possible, so that gap is small.
Thank you. Stuff like this could save the world if we could get more people would use this. I need to find some good size plastic containers.....
Thank you. I would add the importance of the water without chlorine just keep water 24 hours before pouring in the biodigestor.
Excellent video sir with great explanation. Plz make video on multiple biodigester and their connection.
yes - his passion is infectious - thank you sir for sharing!!
Very well explanation brother 👍🏻🌼🌺

Good job thank you
Very explain, thank you
Salam alaikum.
Excellent video.
Thank you sir.
You are Hero's, making the world better in many ways.
Just a thing about the manure:
You would want to see what the animal eats for the bacteria culture.
If you have a lot of branches and grass, I would suggest having a second digester for your garden material. (the bacteria need to be able to specialize in this case)
Problem is that food is already processed a lot and will digest more easily.
Anything with a cell wall will have a problem digesting, but then you would use a mix of horse and cow manure.
Chickens are for example more predatory and eat seeds, which will have a different mix of bacteria. but also probably fix more nitrogen in their droppings.
The Basic material is easily fixed too:
You said not to add bones or hard stuff that does not digest.
To balance your acidity around a PH of 6, you could use egg shells, clam shells, bones and such.
They will slowly break down as the acidity lowers and push the PH back up as they add calcium ions into the mix.
Just be sure it's a small layer of material that stays on the bottom, you will want to ensure it does not overfill.
(might use the good old stick prodding method to check how much stuff is on the bottom)
Design wise:
Simple and easy to build, am only concerned with a little gas leak from the sides of the digester, a skirt on the storage might solve this though...
(Just to ensure as little methane as possible escapes into the air, because it is another greenhouse gas)
I really hope this video reaches as many people as possible.
Thank you for your briefing explanation.
Great explanation, very helpful. Thank you!
Sir

thanks for the detail. i have alot of poultry waste i need to harvest biogas from. cow dung and poultry waste is different in terms of acidity how do i balance it
Mashaaa Allah tabarakallah
Thank you very much for this wonderful contribution to the humanity, may God bless you and your family, but I have 1 question how can we calculate the amount of biogas we get in a week
Thank you, brillliant video, so clear & detailed ❤
Thank you very much
Thanks so much 🙏😊
I love it. Do we need a check valve for blow back? Tx
Thanks alot Iam from Uganda and I am so interested in the business of biogas construction.
Wonderful am following from UK🇬🇧 I need this in my motherland farm in East Africa how do I link with you for similar project within my motherland regions? Please provide your email. Thanks do stay blesse🙌
I have a comment, why do you blend the food scrap before adding to digester, using electricity does it not kind of defeat the point of making gas instead of using Electricity?
What if the family is not living there full time? Do you need to dismantle it so no pressure builds up?
The gas produced by Bio digester can it run a water submissible pump from a borehole?
Thank you.
Good morning
Thank you for this good information.
Does salty water from the source affect the bacteria's production of gas?
If the liquid level is relatively full, the fresh in feed material will stay at the top of the feed-in pipe. If adding material at 1 L/day then it may take several day's worth of fresh supply to push it down to the bottom of the tank.
That means today's feed could be a week old before it is in the tank.
All this while it will be off-gassing to the atmosphere. There needs to be some mechanism to push the feed material into the bottom of the tank directly after adding it.
Any suggestions.
Perhaps capping the feed-in pipe after adding the feed-in material. So the pressure of any gas produced in the pipe will force the fresh feed further down the pipe?
Or even T'ing the gas outlet into the feed-in cap?
Maybe a plunger? I am open to suggestions.
great eng...
