Just made this for dinner and OMG... This is the best meal i have had in so long. My husband is going to South Korea for a year and we have been learning about some of the foods and surrounding areas that he will be able to learn about and experience. I keep telling him i am so jealous and I wish we could all go. But I am hoping to save to take a trip there while he's there. Thank you so much for all the fun recipes you share and show how to make. I love your energy and just how much fun you make cooking in the kitchen.
Seonkyoung, since you started out a comic book artist and now you're making social media programs, it would be really cool to see if you could create a marriage between your love of food and cooking and your creative comic book talent? You show great courage and real entrepreneurship. Respect.
I made this the other day (*with my homemade kimchi that I made per your recipe, fermented for 4 days and now 3 weeks old in the fridge..yum!) and it was superb!! The only thing I did different was pan saute the tofu until slightly crispy...must try!! 😊
I'm putting this on the menu for my sons. My husband and I don't eat meat but the boys do. I think they'd enjoy this meal. Thanks for posting the recipe.
Hi, Seonkyoung. That Kimchi looks fantastic and mouthwatering. You are the champion of Asian cooking, especially with your cute Asian at Home concept. I hope one-day you should make Moo Goo Gai Pan, It's really appetizing. Have a lovely day, Seonkyoung.
I just discovered your channel after my holiday to Seoul and buying some gochujang there. Kim chi and Korean cuisine is very familiar to me but I have never known how to cook it. Thank you for your recipes! I have now bought an earthenware and can't wait to cook all your recipes!
So simple, so delicious! I have half a large jar of kim chee I found in the back of my fridge, nice and sour, perfect for this dish. I also LOVE kim chee tofu soup. Thanks for another great vid. You and your hubby make such an awesome couple, you should have him your vids more often.
this is sooo good. I didn't have pork butt and just used bacon instead. to control the heat I use non spicy kimchi and added gochagaru according to my like. turned out soooo perfect. thank you for sharing
You are so adorable to watch and I drool watching the food you make. :-) I made this repeatedly because of you, THANK YOU! :-) I LOVE LOVE this recipe! It speaks truth what you see how delicious it is on screen but wait till you devour it! BAM! This has become my fave when I first saw this recipe. I believe this is a remake? My sis-in-law who is Korean loves your recipe on this tofu kimchi! Going to make it right now! Thank you for sharing your passion and your love for food! You two together are hilariously cute!! May you be poured with more success and blessings! :-)
Yum! Looks delicious. I definitely need to try this recipe. Love that it's eaten with tofu instead of rice (although I'm pretty sure it would be yummy with rice too).
Thank you for this recipe! Here from covid.. learning to be an at home chef😂! Made this and my friends were impressed with the photos. Shared this video with them to try it out.
i used to make this when i just start working to save money... its very simple.. delich~ and very affordable.. but i used chicken salami slices and it was good.. :D
yummy! Thanks to the discovery of your channel a few years ago, and more recently Simon and Martina's channel, I have discovered a love of korean food that I never knew I had. Now, I could never eat my ramen without a slice of cheddar cheese! Thank you Seonkyoung! Keep up the great work! :D
Just made this recipe, and wow! One of the best recipe3s i've ever cooked, out of this world!

I tried this recipe and it’s absolutely delicious!! I didn’t have white sugar though so I used a pinch of brown sugar and it still tasted great!
