Expression Pedal starts at 6:55-7:40. Came specifically for those. 6 effects- Pedal volume, bass wah, pdl reso, babdlpit, babpmnp and output up. Haven't found many videos only for the wah pedal, but i guess combining them with others should work as well. This helps, thanks.
I have the g1 four, dont settle for the presets, learn how to build, and edit patches. favorite pedal inside is znr, kills all the noise, this is a virtual room full of gear. I use the fender bassman with compressor, and a hall reverb on the guitar version for bass, I have also used this on the effects send of my mixer for vocals, and various other things......., i prefer to use it on a stand than stomp on it, BUY ONE!, Worth mentioning too that it has an aux in, plus headphone out, with a simple drum backing, and 30 second looper, 30 seconds isnt enough for much, but it is what it is, i pair it with a boss rc3 loop pedal. Good setup. Rc3 has 2 ins and outs, with a xlr to 1/4 line transformer i can plug a mic direct into the pedal. Hope all that helps
Nice video. I love how you go through all the effects as well as the patches. I just picked up this pedal and man, it has a lot of potential. Thanks so much!
Great review. Thank you very much. The pedal does make a difference, and for the price .... I have always loved the "Wah" pedal, but the effect at 7:20 had me crawling from laughter ... !!! That just drove in the last nail. I really do think that this is a great beginner pedal. and will help any newbie to discover their own unique tone. Thank you again. I really enjoyed it.
Hello! Is it possible to create banks for several songs with different presets? So as not to flip through the blanks in search of the right one, in other words, is it possible to approximately recreate the pedalboard?
Can you tell me more about the Hard Comp settings? What are the patches and the levels of each effect applied? I have my "Hard Comp" deleted when using Zoom Library, I unintentionally saved with another patch.
Yay! You’re the man! Have you tried it on other instruments? I tried it on digital piano and the tremelo effect works like charm on the Rhodes and wurly
It does have an octaver. While it works fine for me on the upper octave the lower octave sounds weird and interrupted. Either I'm using it wrong or the pedal is running out of processing power on this particular signal chain. I have not tried the octaver as a standalone effect yet.
First I'm showing all the presets the pedal comes with, after that I'm playing through all the individual effects this pedal offers. Each preset contains up to 5 effects that can be changed or replaced completely with different effects.
@jakumeitgerd as someone has not used effects much so far I can completely agree with this. I haven’t learned which effects are actually useful to me yet and which ones will be a staple I can’t live without. So for the price of one effect pedal, I can try them all.
Do you mean the standard Octaver Patch? (Nr. 31) Here's mine, I hope it's still the original: LMT-76 44 8:1 20 35 Ba Octave 63 1 8 100 BaPDLMnP 100 +2 Oct 5 DOWN BassPEQ 200 1.7 1.0 80
So this is what I used, there was a amp simulation running in garage band but I can't remember which one I used (I know that's the important part here 😅): passive Bass (Harley Benton JB-75MN NA) into Zoom Pedal into interface (Native Instruments Komplete Audio 2) into garage band app
Nice, both have been great so far. I've had the bass for about 2 years now, setup from the factory was decent too. No problems so far other than it being pretty heavy, but then again the strap I use should probably be wider😅. For the b1four pedal look for a good offer, the pricing varies a lot!
Which effect is your favorite?🎸
Do you need a laptop/computer to run it or can you plug it straight into your amp
@@JJ-006 no computer needed :)
@@jakumeitgerd thanks for getting back to me i should be picking one up tomorrow 👍
Wah wah
@@jakumeitgerd maybe the acoustic sim .
Mine is coming in the mail, but I couldn't wait to hear more of the effects. Thanks for putting this video together!
As someone who has bought one of these, either get the one pedal you want for more or make your own because it will probably come out better

I have the Zoom B1 Four, and I love it! I hardly use any of the presets, but create my own patches instead.
True, I do the same.
That's common problem on zoon pedal
5:59 Bomber is grayed out means it’s turned off. This is because it’s literally just an explosion sound.

Thanks man, hope you'll have fun with it✌🏼
Does it have Flanger? Didn't notice it in the video. Thanks!
Thank you, Jak!

Hello!
Is it possible to create banks for several songs with different presets?
So as not to flip through the blanks in search of the right one, in other words, is it possible to approximately recreate the pedalboard?
Really useful, thank you.
Can u show me how to create a good slap sound on this pedal 🙏🏿
The pedal already contains a slap preset, however I can't slap so I can't help you improve it unfortunately. Sorry

That's nice! I haven't tried it on anything else yet but I could try it on my brother's guitar, good point.
@@jakumeitgerd subscribed you 😀
thank you 😁
@@jakumeitgerd you’re most welcome
Nice video! Do you have any video using the loop?
Not yet sorry😅
Does it have pitch shifter?

5:23 yes, it does have an pitch shifter effects..just set shift (-/+)"tune you want" , fine (0), tone (10), bal (100) for better output..
Does the tones come on the device out of the box or do I have to download them onto the pedal ?
Everything is included in the pedal.
Thank you
What happened with patches 1 through 9 ?
It starts at 10, there are no 1 through 9
8:14
You don't show how to access the "pedal simulations" - are those all user-programmed?
First I'm showing all the presets the pedal comes with, after that I'm playing through all the individual effects this pedal offers. Each preset contains up to 5 effects that can be changed or replaced completely with different effects.
Better buying One single simple pedal and adding others in future
Or you find out which effects you like with a multieffect pedal and then go buy these as single pedals :)
@@jakumeitgerd hell yeah

Son ideas mías o no tiene compresión?
I'm not sure if i translated your comment correctly, but there is a compressor effect included if that's what you mean :)
Plese sent me octaver tone patch
Do you mean the standard Octaver Patch? (Nr. 31) Here's mine, I hope it's still the original:

I have the G1Four can I load bass patches into it please?
I don't have the G1Four, so I cant test it, but I'd also like to know
What bass, configuration and signal chain are you using? You list all camera gear and stuff and you miss the most important
Good point, I'll add it to the description.
So this is what I used, there was a amp simulation running in garage band but I can't remember which one I used (I know that's the important part here 😅):

@@jakumeitgerd I am also considering the same bass and pedal for home practising. Based on your demo, both sound very, very good!

can I connect this straight to PA?
Yes
I’m a beginner to electric guitars. Can this be used for electric guitars?
There is a e-guitar version of this pedal. It's called G1 Four (it's black instead of red).
Technically it'll work but not going to sound great.
No veo que sirva
