I personally would’ve added the lobster meat at the very end to warm it up. Cooking in the sauce for that long can make it rubbery.

I don’t actually understand what she did …… lobster was already cooked. The “ sugo” was made she cooked a bit of pasta and mixed it all up 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
that sauce looks like ketchup((( try to add sliced cheery tomatoes and dont heat them to much, let them stay half way soft

the appetizers are about 30 bucks.
Thats why this vid exists, so you can cook it yourself and save the restaurant trip
