I'm playing on the EU PVP Server and prices are really not that bad. I was able to get the full devilsaur set for 200g a week ago and now they go for 250-280g. I think for that amount it's def. worth it. But it all depends on your server's prices.
with world buffs for ally 1% crit = 24 ap 3 str = 5 agi hit depends on your hit cap but we can safely put it at max of 20 ap (often lower) 5:29 2 crit + 2 hit + 74 ap = 122 ap 1,7 crit + 3 hit = 101 ap over 20 ap difference plus with your belt choice you will likely go over the hit cap and will be forced to use the ring from princes saving quest or non-hit boots or other worse swaps without world buffs crit is 30-32 and hit is even lower What's next "lionheart is too expensive and you should use the mask of unforgiven"?
there is almost no good axes in phase 1. Honestly for dps I will keep saying that the play as an orc is to stick with 2handers and go for spinal reaper lol
@@sanmedinafor a 2h orc, if I’m using dreadforge retaliator, maxed out on hit and dont get 2h swords for a while or I get SR somehow, what alternatives are there? Will the leather gloves from MC be better than devilsaur even though I’ll never use daggers? Thanks
I got quest legs with 17str and 1 crit, Brigam belt reiver gloves with 1 crit and 9str. Then unforgiven head SS shoulders, blackstone ring. Thats a very obtainable set. Also got the dalrend set wich are swords ofc so only need 6% hit.
Idk i strongly disagree with you. Devilsaur is easy to get i don’t think its a bank breaker and then you can easily get that belt from lbrs quest. There are other things to consider too, like probability that items drop and competition. Good video tho

How does it work with hitcap on orcs, do I really need to stack +9% hit on gear when my racial drops cap to +6%?
Not if you're using axes, no. There aren't a ton of great axes early on tho, and if you're using anything else you either want edgies or 9% hit

@sanmedina deathbringer isn't unique, flurry axe, boneslicing hatchet, annihilator. P3, 4 and 5 all bring upgrades too

sounds like you skipped molten core? thats what all melee classses was using to get into heat 2 and 3
Just make them yourself. Skinning and leather working together
74 AP is a pretty large gap that'll be close to 10% of your unbuffed AP
