How did the opponent discard the Thunder Dragon at @ 7:11 when another one is in their hand and the other was removed from play? I feel like I'm missing something. It's not like Don Zaloog did damage.

My opponent wasn't really using phases consistently and i didn't have intention of using the dustshoot until after jar resolution. I think they just meant to set the card in m1 and then mst, just didn't click the phase bubble.

You can discard thunder dragon to use its effect, even if there are no copies in your deck.

Yeah, the time seal could probably be changed. from my playing with it, it seems like the weakest card in the deck.
