      I wanted to use Whiskey barrel planter from wood, but it was expensive so I used the same from plastic

    What are the diameters of the fire ring and seating area respectively? I'm taking out an old above ground pool and want to something similar where it sits now.

      The inside circle is 2ft and the whole circle is 7ft so I left 5ft for sitting area

    Great job! I would have added a few more light poles though making them in a circle as opposed to a square, whereas the fire pit is a circular design. The square same th r own off the look.

    How come you did not use adhesive to secure the bricks?

      I almost used, but they are pretty heavy and they hold each other strongly. So I think not necessarily

    how deep is the gravel base? how much effort is weed control each year?

      @@77jesseday like 2-3 inches, the weed control is pretty simple, just don’t use the regular weed barrier what usually people use, unfortunately I used it too, instead , put down black plastic and the weed never going to come up.

      Yeah, unfortunately it is requires an outlet, I just had one from our pool and I bought a 50ft heavy duty outside extension cord what I putted underground

    What kind of hu let’s did you use for holding the poles? Do you have a link for them? Or a brand name?

      I used rapid concrete, it is solid in 10 min, after mixing the concrete. Red bag. You can find it at Home Depot or Lowe’s
