My friend driving at the heavy tanks zone, and plays it like heavy tanks, angles armor against some tier 8-9 tanks. He got 731 damage per match.
Kasakiwi 731? That's not big, a cdc can do the same if not more, on a bad day.

i will prefer this than cdc it have so many similar similarities but the armor is very awful to the cdc but cdc is more faster . Both cdc and fcm is my favorite tanks

Not sure if I should get this anymore since people are now saying the CDC is a lot better, which one do you guys prefer the FCM or the CDC?
Ayton Marzal Ayton Marzal depends your playstyle... if you like the medium go for the cdc not this... if you like heavy tanks i say hold on to your money for now... i heard the amx mle. 49 liberté will be changing this tank... that has 190mm of front sloped armor 200+mm front turret armor too... and 100mm gun that does 300 damage.
more credits earning, actually easier to play, more armor and hp, no tier x game mm.
i play sniper in wot the tank fcm50t with its good gun high rof speed will be perfect

I have it
as a medium, it's big it has zero camo always get spotted while sniping and 1 shotted by arty, slower to accelerate than all of the other medium tanks, bounces less shots than t44 or panther 2, and has way lower dpm than any other tier 8 medium rank
as a heavy, it has no armor, occasionally gets penned by Cromwell frontally,
it has low alpha for a heavy, and pathetic dpm for a gun that does so little damage, amx 50 100 can clip it for full hp when you shoot back for 240 damage in return lol,
yes Caernarvon got lower alpha and higher reload but that tank can actually tank, and has excellent gun handling
fcm takes too much module damage, each game I get frustrated repairing my ammo racks or engine or turret or loader or gunner or fire, even while facing low tier enemies, kv2 and nowadays Japanese Godzillas just wreck your face with derps almost all the crew members tend to die and turret jam gun jam ammorack damage
gets into tier 9 games and you need to shoot a t54 with your premium ammo and which costs same as T34 heavy premium ammo which gets 297 pen and does 400 damage
it's exceptionally bad for snap shots, and you can't spend your time aiming your shots as you have no armor, especially this tank has almost no place in corridor maps which are increasing nowadays more and more
worst case scenario, when you get top tier and rest of your heavies are low tiers and tigers and Is on your team to look up upon you and you face an is6 on the enemy team, is6 fires and pens every shot at you causing almost double the amount of damage per shot at just 3 secs longer reload, while you struggle to pen the is6 frontally, you feel hopeless and abandon your tier7 team mates to their fate while you run away to farm tier 5-6 lts to increase your Wn8
final verdict, if u prefer support play style get the cdc or pz58, coz everything fcm does cdc does 20% better, and better value for money
if you want tank with pref mm in 3 words, get the is6

Not lost money, but it does have unique playstyle. I personally hate it and sold it in the end. I bought the IS-6 instead and it was much easier (AND FUN) to play with. It's simply awesome!
Wololo Then you seem like more of a Heavy Tank player. Those who prefer Medium Tanks will probably prefer the FCM 50T to a tank such as the IS-6. Do not berate a tank just because you don't personally like it. Other's do, For their own reasons.

That is correct, that's why I said it was just a personal opinion and I also corrected the original poster that said it was a bad tank. It's not :) It's a nice tank if you know how to play with it. Just like the IS-6, from what I heard also people have complained about for some strange reason.

i bought it and i never had a good game in it, i try playing it like a medium but its too big for that , i try sniping but the shot go ALWAYS to the dipersion circle edge, i fully aim >>> DESTROTYED by arty i peek a boo track hit and after that a million sheel on me hitting for 1000 hp and the DESTROYED by arty... i should have bought an is6 with my hard-earned money instead :(((((

Don't buy it. I did and it's the worst premium miss buy I've ever bought. I've felt completely ripped off... in the end I've sold it for credits. Waste of money... and this video too: it's over marketed... it's seems cool but for a premium tank it's total garbage
You made a big mistake. The FCM 50 t has an incredible view range and an excellent high accuracy, high penetration gun, making it an excellent sniping tank. Sounds like you tried to brawl with the FCM 50 t, that's not what it's supposed to do and will fail at it over and over again. I have great results with my FCM 50 t. I'm guessing you didn't use camouflage paint protection either, or train the crew in the concealment skill, which are two other fatal mistakes.
amateur siquiera sabes que esta hecho para soporte y disparar desde increíbles distancias es un buen tanque talvez peor pero cada quien lo usa a su manera yo lo uso para hacer un daño alto atropellar mucho disparar desde lejos etc. es un tanque hecho para la gente que se acostumbra a las altas velocidades daño por minuto alto alta precisión baja dispersión baja armadura compensada por su alto desempeño en batalla. incluso posiblemente exitoso es el arte del KAMIKAZE.
Get the AMX CDC instead, cheaper and does a much better job than this guy

bandholm When there's only an average difference of 10-15% win rate between Unicums and Tomatos, something it's wrong... What you are saying for example it's completely inaccurate... This game is really rigged, and those winning/losing streaks do exist... Even WG stated the balance maps to have 50% win rate from each spawn, how can you do that without altering the alleged randomness of matchmaking? Makes sense? Why some tanks no matter what get better teams than others? Everyone has several "cursed" tanks... Coincidence?
C.G.E. 10-15% is a hugh difference! And those tomatos that you look at, are not tomatos because of win rate... but damage done.
And no, what I am saying is right, there are only one fixpoint in all of your matchs, yourself!
And no tanks gets better teams than others... Some tanks are stronger in a particular playstyle than others... Case in point, the Matilda is a really strong tier 4 tank, awesome armour, great gun... But horribel speed, if you don't drive to the right part of the map, you wont meet any enemies... and it is only fantastic strong in a tier 4 game... in tier 5 and 6 it will meet tanks that one-shots it.
The cursed tanks... there are a few, those tanks allmost always new, case in point: the callenger... But more often that not, the reason you can't make a tank work for you, is because you drive it wrong, and does not play to it's strengt. there are no rigged game mekanics

Accurate gun? I bought that tank and the gun is the worst shit i have eve rhad in WoT! Aiming time is insane high, and snapshots literally NEVER hit! Also reload is not fast. It's slower than on all my other T8 meds.

This tank is th eworst shit I have ever plyed in WoT! I got 53% average win ratem but it's 46% in this horrible piece of shit. It sucks ate everythjign: It got some speed, but acceleraton is too bad for getting out of trouble anyway. The gun does NEVER hit, the shots alyways go towards the border of the aiming circle. Penetration is OK, but not sufficient for a tnak that's too slow for circling anything and has such lowalpha and bad Rate of Fire.
