I can't get any auto campaign to perform well on the US Amazon (even if in the UK the same book performs nicely in auto). People just seem to be browsing and not buying. Manual product targeting seems to bring much better results (in the US).

Yes this month especially my autos, even for my best sellers, are pretty horrendous but CPC still low

Ads yes, covers no as I outsource them. No tools are needed for ads or keyword research
