My daily schedule
7:00-8:00 getting ready for school
8:00-3:00 school
3:15 home
3:16-4:00 getting ready ,freshen up & lunch
4:00-6:00 sleep
6:00-7:30 religious coaching
7:30-9:30 school home work/assignment
9:30 dinner ,extra works & sleep
But my problem is i dont sleep properly at nyt time so i thought 🙃 Y not to learn or study anything during nyt & i m a nyt owl student😅 but then i cant wakeup for my school & being so lazy & when i take 4:00-6:00 pm nap after school i don't have enough time so i trued very hard to reduce my after school nap 4:00-5:00 but it doesnot work for me....plz help me mam. Or anybody give me tips?
Try sleeping early and waking up early too,it will be hard bt trust me its worth it

No need you're are a kid now so you can make a timetable yourself and you are not preparing for boards. There is nothing for class 7 just study hard at any time when your concentration level is at peak. Get motivation from RUclips. And score good marks in exam this is the simple way to score good marks understood .so you do not need any time table for getting good marks.

I think it can become your time table 4-5 = rest and eating time. 5-7 = subject in which you are not interested/ boring subjects 7-7:15 = take a break to freshen up. 7:15-8= revision of what you studied . 8-8:30= eat food and all your side works. 9- 11 = study all your favourite subjects. 11 = 8 hours sleep is very important so sleep well 😊. You should also study in morning but I don't know your school time so I can't give you advise about morning ☺️🙂
