Just finished my first woodworking class and a must say, that was beautiful to watch,
I just finished building the handrail on my deck ruclips.net/user/postUgkxfQ5_mgwq6PcudJvAH25t-I4D-3cTPz4z and used this great little router to clean up the top rail before the final sanding and stain. It was light weight but packed lots of power. Either size battery didn't seem to make it top heavy and I'm a 64 yr old women so I really appreciated how easy it was to use...................... CORDLESS only way to go !!
I actually appreciate seeing a marking for measurement done up close. Cheers for the camera shot showing it !
Not only skilled craftwork- the filming and editing is fantastic! Bravo! 🙏
No glue? Guess if I were THAT skilled I would toss out the glue bottle. Amazing work.
Stacked vertical dovetail cuts so clean blows me away.
A well-fitting tenon doesn't need glue.
Most probably the best videos on woodworking. Period.
thank you

5:47 How did you router out that 2nd set of cuts when the fingers aren't perpendicular like the first set?
One could argue that using a power tool is not even true woodworking.... but hey man, that's just another badass level of craftsmanship! Insane! Big big thumb up!
Great job
🙏#salmedawoodworking.
Amazing
Excelente
В этом изделии нет ни единого гвоздя и даже капли клея! Браво, мастер👏👏👏👏
😉👍
Like.. Full.. Nice..
🙏#salmedawoodworking..
I love the technique of using the router with a small diameter bit to cut out the tails rather than chiselling or using a coping saw. I will give it a try on my next dovetail project.
Yes, good content.
Vvvgood job 👍😷🤗
🙏#salmedawoodworking.
good job
Now you can appreciate why handmade stuff is expensive.
What was the system for measuring dovetails you used? Seemed simple but not really. Great work.
رائع رائع رائع فنان معلم
Mad skills
Awesome
🙏#salmedawoodworking..
Wow!!
What type of bit are you using for router?
Amazing efficiency in every movement and cut! Can you share the formula at the beginning to space the dovetails? Thank you for sharing your craftsmanship.
Something is given in the description pertaining to division.
ruclips.net/video/vVndI3WKnEA/видео.html Here is detailed information about the dovetail.
You make your tails on the edge so example if it’s 1/2 or 15mm then you score two lines on the edges. Then as he measures across he removes the 30mm or 1” from the measurement then given that he used metric he simply measured across from that single end till his measurement hits the second line to get his degree of slop for the tails.
@@WoodworkingDIY truly great technique. Especially with the cutting with no pronunciation (marking knife lines) of the cut line to glide down. Truly honed skill in your exhibited technique of cutting in and outside of the tails and pins. Well done!
An doing all the tear out between was also executed nicely to ensure a clean marking line on the joint seem.
عمل متعب وشاق ..ولكن النتيجة النهائية مذهلة
I don't know what those are, but nice job, nice job
I like how you got that long row of dovetails to fit.
Cool

What sort of pencil are you using at 01:00???
What is the router bit you used
Magnifique
good moves...no need glue if you live in a humid environment.
A great skill indeed, but is there a more easy way of doing it? A more precise way i mean?
Can you please give me spec and link to router cutter used? many thanks
Can anyone point me to some further detail on this process of drawing out and measuring the dovetails please.
