I can relate to a lot of things she said. I’m married into a family where the MIL has type B borderline personality disorders with a lot of narcissistic traits. I & my husband are on therapy. It helped me a lot to understand why MIL is behaving such a way & how can I set boundaries with her as well. Most importantly, I am able to understand the challenges my husband faces in a daily basis because of his childhood trauma & support him to deal it. Dhanya I’m really glad to see the efforts you put on each mental health episode by asking the right questions & bringing these wonderful health professionals. I always felt mental health is something that we ignored for the longest time as a community. You doing these interviews are helping a lot of people to finally realise that they need mental health help. I really hope this helps to gradually break the stigma surrounding mental health in our society❤
Dhanya ma’am when you told “this is a very saddening situation” literally there was tears in me as that is the exact situation I’m going through but unfortunately I couldn’t find the right therapist for help. Hoping without any help I can survive and take care of my son whose just 2 yrs old🙂
Can understand your feeling. Please get help, before its late. And definitely be independent, thts the key. If you strive hard now, it will be worth it in future- for your sake and your kid's.

Dump him. Believe in yourself and build yourself up from scratch so much that you attract the right kind of person ❤ You are still very young. There is a lot of potential for you to grow. Work hard. Make money. Use it to build yourself. Ignore the society.
Sure true & apt...It's a life-long painful journey to be in a narcissistic family environment...One as a child looses their confidence in so many ways...Plus the world outside might never understand those pain's & agonies as most of the time narcisstic parents are quite Influential in society & they would use all their power might & manipulative skills to subdue the children & give a good picture to the outside world...And no matter how much these children who are born into narcisstic families help their parents...They will be zero appreciation or validation from the parents side, they will only criticise their children, compare with other's & keep expecting more financial or personal support from their children without analyzing or retrospecting their own shortcomings or flaws & trying to make a difference ..Ma'am like you rightly said therapy is required for inner healing...
Interesting insights on the selected topics. I hope we get to see more on mental health. So much to know about ourselves and how the human psychology works. Great content.✨
The concept of family in Indian scenario itself is so dysfunctional.. You are arranged forcefully to live with a person you don't know much, you are forced to have children even if you are not prepared, and you are forced to live this way till you die.. Bcoz.. Its your destiny... It seems... Imagine in these socio cultural situations, do you expect a balanced life? Thanks for this lovely episodes 🙏.

more doubts on narc mom in law... how to manage between a husband who had enough childhood trauma but his dad saved him in many ways.. the saviour is no more..now the girl finding it difficult to deal with the covert narc mom in law...to save her kids and heal her husband
You have had enough trauma due to these experiences.. Heal yourself first and see your energy shift to higher levels.. Then you'll automatically see changes in your partner
Madam, in all related vedios it says that the root cause of most of the mental disorders are based on ill or bad parenting especially during the childhood. Can you make a vedio on how to be a good parent in the sense of raising a child with healthy mind.
My parents are narcissist and psychopathic. They continue with their charades to this day. The trauma that my sister and I went through no one can believe
Just think of situation where all in family are effected by this disorder and entangled in such a situation and the only person who enters.... For example new member like daughter in law only brought up in good way enters a personality disorder entangled family... How could she bring up a child with this inlaws including her husband, who is not able to understand right from wrong as brought up in such a family....Please do reply.... If no one ever understand a word what she speaks in a family... only answer is either leave or rise above all in that family

Stopping generational trauma by us is such a powerful and beautiful concept ❤
എല്ലാ Parantsനും കുട്ടികളുടെ age ന് അനുസരിച്ച് ബോധവൽക്കരണ ക്ലാസുകൾ govt നേതൃത്വം കൊടുത്ത് നടത്തണം
I hope these kinds of parental issues end with our generation. We want our children to become the best version of themselves.
True that
