Mathew 7:8 My favorite. My Grandma Liz had a painting of Jesus knocking on the door, Christ at hearts door, (first thing to see as you walked in the door of her house). When I was a young girl, visiting, she told me to look closely at the door in the painting. There was no doorknob on the outside. She said Jesus always is knocking on the door of our hearts, and it's up to us to open the door. How I miss her! RIP Elizabeth Moles.
We come into the world of existence from the world of eternity carrying a silent longing in our hearts to return home to God. To follow that longing requires an act of faith.
“When we let him find us.” Thank You 🙏
