It was October 3rd week. But you can witness snowfall in May and end of June also at certain passes of Ladakh. Max snow can be experienced in October onwards.

Had some issues initially with suspension and AWD wiring. Mahindra sorted it with recalls. New batches are improved and you can go ahead without any doubt. It’s best in the segment.
I have booked xuv 700 AX7 L D AT (not Awd due to budget issue. Will without AwD be able to go on these terrains?
Hello Naseem Bhai, AWD is a better choice for such road conditions any day. Cost difference isn't much so you can try to upgrade your booking.

Yes Sir, both cooling and heating are quite effective when needed. No problem so far.

Bilkul le ja sakte hai but not in heavy snow roads. I took my maruti Baleno to Ladakh around 8 years back when roads weren't good as compared to present infrastructure. All cars can go. Roads are good but landslides , broken roads, heavy snow sometimes create problem.

Hello Friend, The decision to buy AWD or FWD depends on your usage of vehicle. AWD cars always give better grip on every road conditions and in XUV 700, it’s on demand system
As far as mileage is concerned, my car’s average in city conditions without AWD use is around 11-12kmpl while on highways, it reaches up to 17-18KMPL. The mileage difference be AWD and FWD is ngeligible. AWD is always an additional benefit for tricky roads where one doesn’t feel left out in terms of off road performance. Though AWD can’t be equally compared to 4x4 with locking differentials but it’s far better than FWD cars. Please go ahead with AWD if your budget allows as it comes in top two variants only.
