EP-6 | LADAKH TRIP DAY 3 PART 2 😍 REACHED LEH AFTER 13 HOUR DRIVE 🚘 FAMILY TRIP IN RENAULT TRIBER

We started our journey to Ladakh exploration with Renault Triber Camper VAN. Today on Day 3 of our trip, we are going to travel from Jispa, Himachal to Leh, Ladakh. We are going to travel approx. 330km and will cover the distance in around 12 hours. We are going to cross Darcha, Deepak Tal, Zing Zing Bar, Suraj Tal, Baralacha La pass, Sarchu, Gata Loops, Nakeela Pass, Lachung La, Pang, Moray Plains, Tanlang La, Upshi, Karu, and reach Leh city.
We started our day at 05:30 in morning from Jispa and easily crossed Darcha check post. But as we started climbing mountains, we witnessed live snow and faced heavy stone fall on the roads. Just before Baralacha La, we met with the people who returned from there way and warn us also for not continue our journey. We got scared as it was first time we were traveling throw such roads. We discussed and decide to go forward.
We crossed Baralacha La in fear but once we reached Sarchu, we had some breakfast in our camper VAN. From Gata Loops to Pang, all roads are under construction so it was a slow drive. We stuck in a traffic jam also. We crossed, Nakeela Pass, Lachung La, and Tanlang La with our Renault Triber Camper VAN and finally reached Leh City. We drove 335km in approx 13 hours. We enjoyed our dinner in Leh Market.

Yes Sir, in our journey from Jispa to Leh, Baralaca Pass was the toughest. Other passes were easy and roads were under construction, having enough width to pass 2 vehicles at a time. We are thankful for your wishes and love.

Believe us it's more beautiful than that. We learnt lots to thing from this Ladakh trip such as, one should travel in a group (multiple cars) to enjoy it most, start day early to reach destination on time where people were saying it's not possible 😀

Hi, Really nice videos and Happy to see you guys reached Leh Safely. Also i wanted to know more of your experience while travelling so far with a Kid..... Why because i also have a 1 year and 9 months old kid and it seems our kids are of same age..... So wanted to know how difficult was it to travel with him.

If we talk about our child, he is traveling with us since he was 3 months old. He loves to keep eyes on the road and enjoy mama's lap. We carry his favorite fruits and snacks with us and keep him busy with some talks. We takes some breaks in between and allow him to walk.
The Day 3 (Jispa to Leh, 13 hour drive) of our Ladakh Trip was hard for him as he was not eating much and trying to sleep than normal (we not felt any issues with low oxygen but looks like he got AMS). We tried to keep him awake whenever we were passing through any high passes. Once we reach Leh, he asked for milk 🍼 himself and eat lots of noodles in dinner 🍜.
Other 9 days were normal and he was happy, enjoyed ride with us. Of course he got cranky 😭 sometime, but this he does at home also.
Every child is different and parent knows their child better so we are sure that you will find way with yours.

Mere pass bhi hai triber power kaise thii average kya hai
Hme personally knhi bhi power problem nai lgi kyoki hm apni car ko 4x4 ye SUV se compare nai krte. 3000km ki journey me hme overall 16kmpl ka mileage mila. Hmne tank neck tk full kra ke bhi check kia to Day 3 ki trip ka mileage bhi 16.12kmpl hi aya. How did you manage fuel, any extra fuel to carry?
For us it took less than 25 liters of Petrol for driving from Jispa to Leh city (Fuel details we shared in ruclips.net/video/Oz1QhuTLObo/видео.html). Our car fuel tank capacity is 40 liters so there was no such need.
Thought we were not sure of it as it was our first time travel so we carried one 5 liter jerry can filled with petrol with us. We shared this experience in ruclips.net/video/KYwxbxr6qrg/видео.html vlog.

Which editing software do you use?
We use InShot app on Android phone and use CapCut over VPN on Laptop for editing.
Sir, Good video. Renault Triber AMT is advisable with 5 passengers in these LEH Roads? Pls advise.
Oh Yes, you will find Renault Triber far more better than other cars which are going on these roads now days. Road condition is improved in last years.
Few suggestion:
1. Get metal engine guard fitted from service center.
2. Keep Tier Inflator and puncture kit with you.
3. Don't follow local drives on every road, they sometime took shortcut and it turns out to be bad roads.
4. See others, how they are passing from any tough water crossing and then follow the same path.
5. Try if you can have other cars traveling with you for peace of mind.
6. Try to avoid traveling from Pangong to Diskit(Nubra Valley). This road is very unpredictable and may close at any time. We asked at least 10 people coming from other side before continue on this and every one said yes it's ok and you will be able to make it. But once we reached a certain point, we found road is closed for construction and we had to travel almost 3 hours in off road. That was very scary for a family traveling alone.

Brother.. how was triber amt performance in overall journey? You only used Amt or switched to manual one ?
For us AMT performance is great as we switched from manual gear car to AMT. We wouldn't imagine driving a manual car for 8 to 12 hours daily for 9 days continuously. Gear switch from 1st to 2nd in AMT is not smooth specially when AC is on. It'll give you jerks.
We almost drove in AMT, used manual gear in couple of places where it's complete off road (like water crossing) and a steep incline as we want to avoid auto gear switching.

We saw ice on the road and just stopped to think before we move forward, we applied break very leniently. The sound you heard before the stop was just a visual representation (it's added during vlog editing). Please let us know if that is what you were asking for.

Rest I guess you can check ratings of other stays. We explored above two only and found these very economical.
I'll recommend you not to travel a single car (family) alone if you are planning to go from Manali to Leh or Leh to Manali. On this route please travel in group (at least two cars).
If you are traveling single car, Srinagar to Leh or Leh to Srinagar is very safe. Even zozilla pass on this route is having new road.

We got about 16kmpl from overall trip of 3000km.
@@yexplorerbees That's remarkable. My Honda city shows an average of only 10kmpl. Suspension must be good on the Triber!
Suspensions are good with less load in triber but with full load these are very good(as it's tuned for a 7 seater car). I felt more smooth ride when 5 people traveled with luggage.
We drove very leniently on the whole journey. On highways we got avg of 20kmpl. We measure it with km we drove and total petrol we filled in the complete journey.
Khane pine ka saman to milta nhi
Sir hum to apni car me hi sara khane ka intzam lekr chalte hai. Is trip ka schedule bhut tight tha pr phir bhi jnha time mila hmne apni kitchen me kuch cook kia. Umeed krte hai apko hmara simple setup pasand aya hoga 🙏

Jb hum recording krte hai tb wo log sath me bethte hai, sath hi hm precaution ke liye car slow drive krte hai, passenger seat ko completely backward rkhte hai aur child ko bhi seat belt lga kr rkhte hai. 🙏
