Ha! We used to make boxes similar to yours with junior woodworking classes at school except they had hand cut dovetailed corners and nailed on bases. Now we have robots to do it for us. I like how you dealt with the warping issue.👌🇭🇲

If you're using a CNC machine, it should probably be possible to design the parts so that they would fit together without glue.
It is possible but such boxes look like awkward Frankenstein. It is not what I would want
