Creating Dynamic Pages CMS (Part 2) | Wix Fix

In the previous video, you learned how to create the database. Now, you will learn how to create dynamic pages to display your content from the databases. This method helps you limit the amount of work you have to do and keeps you from creeping close to the Wix page limit.

Great video and explanation of what we need to do. When you copied from list page to About page you were in Editor X; is it as easy in the standard Wix Editor?

I have added a file to one of the categories of the dataset (CMS) but it does not show in the Title pages. I am not even able to link a word with the file (connector). When I connect via a separate link, all pages show the same file and not the file for each, in your example, team” member page.
Any idea

How can I separate a collection into different categories? Like if I'm putting in products like clothing, how can I make them sort out into tops, bottoms, leisure wear, shoes, etc.?

I'm editing a portfolio dynamic section and I added a few new projects to my portfolio. Is there a way to automatically add in the information without typing it all in to the CMS item form, since it's already uploaded to my site as a project?

Yes, Absolutely. It's just the same way you do for a recipe list page and individual recipe info page...I have done more than a few to be able to guarantee.

Guys, Can wix standard sites be edited in editor x (Wix Studio)?

As of right now, no. I am sure they will eventually add a feature to upgrade Wix classic to Wix Studio!
