Seeding Pumpkin Transplants!!

It’s hard to believe it’s already this time of year to start seeding the pumpkins which will be planted first week in June. Today we seeding 6500 plants. we will be doing this three different times over the next 10 days. we will then be planting these plants into a cover crop. Plants all to be ready to harvest right after Labor Day.

Nice work! How do you manage fertilizer in your no till fields? I don't remember you spreading any on those fields in your other video.

I will spread fertilizer for the pumpkins about three weeks after they are planted. I plant seven rows each section which is 49 feet wide and so I can straddle the center row and broadcast each patch.
