I want to know who the genius madlad/lass was that made me care so much about Classic Loki and his death with like 10 goddamn minutes of screentime in one goddamn episode. I've seen *_MAIN CHARACTERS_* fail to elicit emotion with ten *times* the time given for that guy!
So, Classic Loki is from an MCU where all costumes and designs of any kind are meant to look identical to the Marvel Comics they debut in? that's a love letter to Stan Lee if ever there was one
Would be cool to leave a very small watermark off the name of the channel in the corner throughout the video just so we know who to check out afterwards if we liked a reaction without checking through every link in the description
I got it Kang was trying to kill Loki other version so that when Loki and silve take over they wouldn't have to worry about a war with other version of Loki
in this episode classic Loki created a portal to escape from the fight in the underground lair I think he may have done the same thing here to escape Alioth and the helmet was just a projection
You reactors have to understand that heroism without sacrifice is not worthy of the name. Classic Loki was the perfect choice to lay down his life and if he had suddenly been rescued it was have been as cheap a win as a kid's program where no one ever dies.
So im just a little confused, are these lokis possible THEORETICAL variants that exist outside of time that could've existed depending on the likelihoods of certain possibilities? or is the TVA existent independently to the multiverse, making them Universal variants like we saw in Doctor Strange: M.O.M.? (Ex. Dark strange, Zombie Strange, House-Wife Wanda, etc)
I love you man. But I'll suggest you keep the community announcement post atleast 12 hours earlier to the Video post time. That'll give more people time to interact with it, increase your visibility.

Funny thing is that Richard E. Grant was somewhat upset that he didn’t have big super muscles, he was told that the power of his Loki is more important. That can be seen from his sacrifice, power isn’t always physical!
Re-watching this on heels of Quantumania. When his hand got bitten off, and we saw it, it’s extra confirmation that Deadpool is officially entrenched in MCU!
I love they have like movie budget for this, the photography and cgi in this episode are insane, and the episode itself is the best so far (next would be the first), Alligator Loki is my favorite, of course, and Classic Loki was such a badass, damn! It's cool to see how many of the reactors caught most of the easter eggs (and you can tell the comic book fans from the rest, of course) Also, what does that reactor mean "it's weird there's a female Loki?", what about the alligator? that is weird, haha (dude and his friends are funny, though), also, also, did he make a clippy reference? XD
I know... Like WandaVision and TFATWS had more budget than Loki..yet Loki looked better and more visually beautiful than both of the shows looked together. I mean no offence, but I don't understand why were those shows so expensive..?
@@vymancross3551 Loki was filmed in the Volume (the Mandalorian digital set), which is much cheaper and easier to use than say filming on location with a blue/green screen and then changing the look of that location in post-production. For example the entire highway fight in TFatWS is a CGI environment. Additionally you can actually tweak the Volume sets in real time, your camera work is not restricted in any way, the lighting of the scene is already reflected on the actors thanks to the LED screens etc. Also, since Disney had already built this technology for the Mandalorian, there were no additional costs to it. Plus there's no travel costs involved since it's all done in a single studio.
@@hawkins347 but does it still explain the 200-225 million dollar budget? I mean, i get what you're saying but still that's too much while loki is just 150 million...!
@@vymancross3551 Travelling, scouting locations and renting out sets costs a lot, yes. So does building practical sets like in WandaVision. Basically anything that can be wholly done in a single studio and with CGI is going to cost less than practical stuff, especially since your company already owns that studio and it's adaptable. Not to mention both of those shows have additional costs due to the whole covid situation, while Loki was basically wrapped up before the pandemic happened. TFatWS especially since first they had to move locations from Puerto Rico to the Czech Republic because of the earthquakes that Puerto Rico was going through at the time, then the first week into shooting in CZ, the whole country went into lockdown. That's a lot of flying back and forth. Then there's also the rewrites they had to do to adjust the script to new location/situation (the storyline was too reminiscent of the ongoing pandemic). It might not seem that way, but there's a lot of money sunk into that.
It's a good thing they clarified that most Lokis across the Multiverse are biologically different people. They're all different but similar people playing the same role in their respective universes and timelines. Even if Sylvie turned into a male or Alligator Loki turned into a "human" form, they likely wouldn't end up as Tom Hiddleston's Loki.
My dude has The Police, The Rolling Stones, Rush, Stone temple pilots, Soundgarden, pearl jam, and THE GREAT ROBERT FREAKING JOHNSON records in the back round. All hail The PWHustl!!! lmao
(Classic) Loki, the god of mischief, fucking bamboozled the end of the universe itself, and fulfilled his "destiny" as a Loki, to be a stepping stone, even to other Loki's.
In an earlier episode, Loki asks miss minutes if she is a recording or is she alive. Miss minutes replies sort of both. Maybe, like the time keepers are presumed to be, miss minutes was created at the end of time. Using a write-up of every question she got asked, all responses were answered in one long recording process, then sent to the beginning of time to function. Kind of like how ‘the doctor’ from Doctor Who communicates in the first weeping angels episode
While this would be a cool idea, I think the second season pretty firmly confirms that she is not just a recording. It's possible she could have been recorded on purpose to do most of the things she does, like scaring people off, putting on a creepy sadistic smile while many people are being murdered, and such. But, it seems unlikely that she'd be recorded to flirt with Victor timely, panickingly try to prevent him from turning her off, and then finishing her sentence and follow up with a "darn" when she gets turned back on. Now, they're still possible, but unlikely. The real clencher though is when Loki is time slipping around to try to save the timeline and ends up trying to ask Miss. Minutes for help, in a timeline that Loki creates out of nowhere and subsequently erases again by time slipping out, she has a blank look of extreme confusion on her face when Loki suddenly time slips in, asks her for help, then time slips out. I don't think she could have been just a recording to change the script like that.

Dude, they're literally the same person, just from different timelines It's like Loki and one of the other lokis falling in love with each other. You don't think that's creepy?
On the bright side kid Loki lived along with Gator Loki, classic Loki loved his Multiverse selves enough to heroic sacrifice himself so all of the versions of Loki throughout the Multiverse can live. But let's be honest with ourselves if we got to meet Multiverse versions of ourselves, that's a fun party just waiting to happen.😎
A year or so later I’m just now realizing that if Classic Loki really died there at the end that means he made it to Valhalla (I consider this a dying in battle 🥲)
You ever think about what a fucking champion it takes to be a seventy year old man wearing that goofy-ass costume, standing alone on a green screen with a fan in your face, trying to do an interpretative dance number that will makes sense when the CGI team comes in later and makes your writhing turn into the sorcerous erection of Asgard? That might sound like a backhanded compliment, but I'm dead serious, I am awestruck by Richard E. Grant. Holy HELL, that's an amazing performance.
Episode 5 is my favorite episode tbh. It settled in how scary and depressing the void is. Beyond space & time, then beyond that in a gloomy world with nothing to do, but survive.
When classic loki first came I was like "this a just a comic reference character"

Classic Loki was the hero we deserved. So epic. But I'm sad that he never got to see his brother again.
I still think he Alive
Even the poses for his illusion magic he did gave me the vibes from the classic comics Loki. A bit hard to explain.
Yes that was sad but glorious hero.
He'll get to see him when Thor dies because Loki has to go to Valhalla for helping to save realities.
He's still alive. He was casting an illusion at the end, and laughing knowing he had fooled Alioth just like he fooled Thanos

But let's be honest with ourselves if we got to meet Multiverse versions of ourselves, that's a fun party just waiting to happen.😎
Lmao yes and my female variants are probably really hot if the genderswap app is anything to go by lol.
LETS GO YOU DID LOKI GATOR FOR THE THUMBNAIL THANK YOU
Episode 5 is my favorite episode tbh. It settled in how scary and depressing the void is. Beyond space & time, then beyond that in a gloomy world with nothing to do, but survive.
Wait i'm disappointed that not even one reactor refers to Alioth as Smoke monster from Lost
I was thinking the exact same thing.
