- Following more than 60 arrests on the campus of UC San Diego early Monday morning, those taken into custody have been released after many of them were booked at the Central Jail in downtown San Diego.
Outside the jail, a couple hundred supporters of those arrested gathered to demand their release, saying that these protesters were exercising their freedom of speech peacefully.
As they were released, many of the protesters received cheers and applause from the crowds of supporters waiting for them.
Most did not want to talk to the media, with some protesters attempting to block our cameras with umbrellas and cardboard.

These kids have the right to protest. But they are protesting for all the wrong reasons. They're protesting because of what they hear on Tik Tok, or some other unreliable platform that isn't giving them the full story.

Their diplomas have been significantly devalued. They're on a list of do not hire institutions that is quietly going around. We're getting great candidates from smaller private colleges.

Or Al Jazeera, or just check out Ireland which has publicly and steadfastly come out in support of Palestine. There are many other countries almost all of the countries of the world are supporting Palestine.
