Not sure what your end game is but perhaps going back to those type of videos - literally just being yourself and sharing the experience - will yield more dedicated followers. These videos are hard to watch and the term “digital nomad” is awfully corny. Apologies for the unwelcomed bluntness, but you certainly have the talent to proliferate an amazing page and viewer following without having to be too brandish or “how to.” Best of luck and look forward to episodes of you just presenting a new location with natural tips.

But I do really miss my old style of videos too and want to get back to that. The truth is, my life has changed a lot over last year and naturally, my videos have as well. Most digital nomad's main advertising is through video content that leads to sales of other things, ebooks, courses, programs.. here is a great business idea that I will give you for free.. putting together groups where you learn the skills of making video content and you are helping each other get comfortable on camera and make content, in person.. this is something I know I would pay for.. To have workshops and people can come to where you are and learn the basics of editing, filming, etc.. because most of everything does revolve around video content nowadays. I am not naturally good on Camera, so would like a program like this, and I believe it really needs to be in person, with groups to make videos together and get some confidence before producing your own content..
Love every bit of REAL data that you pack into this. Remote work IS the way to go for this lifestyle and I think its the best way to be your true self in this crazy world that we life in! Amazin video as always Crosby!
Crosby that was an excellent breakdown and very authentic. I can feel your enthusiasm for the digital nomad lifestyle. I’m currently in California and on the cusp of starting my digital nomad lifestyle. I was aiming for it back in 2020 but unfortunately we got hit with the pandemic. But now is the time to make this finally a reality. It’s been in the works for a few years now. And now that most of the world is open again I said now is the time. So I’m heading to Colombia in September. Throwing myself out into the deep and let’s see what happens. Videos like this keep me pumped! Thank you!

I have been actively looking for remote work for 6 months with zero luck. The main reason is because I was a stay at home mom for a decade. :/ So my resume is VERY small. Super sad. Even with photography skills, videography, etc. I'm now still a stay at home mom (until I get a job offer) and small homesteader. I'm constantly searching for data entry work, or active chat help (customer service). It's summer so my kids are HOME and I have two boys who are on the spectrum. I live VERY rural and (thanks covid!) have amazing internet! Fiber 1gb up and down. Times are hard... I just want to help my husband with income. I'm tired of feeling like I don't contribute financially.
You have to start somewhere! And I admire your grit and determination to land that job. It will happen. Have you looked into virtual assistance positions? That’s a great route for people just starting out
I feel like you are the more realistic digital nomad. Not the fly by night like everyone on YT lol. Funny when I was in my early twentys(90s) I wanted to be a freelancer and it was a actual thing then even with internet just beginning. I worked many freelancing type jobs but more on site. Now I just want to freelance remotely but to my true love of writing. I wrote a ebook I am almost publishing but do you think it’s possible to be exclusive freelance writer? Any sites you recommend? Thanks!
ok, but leave small islands alone. Your way of life is bad for the locals in terms of housing offer in small islands. My sister is having the hardest time to find a home for her and her family in her own island.
