I noticed for my right hamstring I cannot activate without my right glute tensing and taking over, and if I try to press into the wall and drag my heel down more that my lower back takes over. It almost feels like the right glute is tucked under (excessive posterior pelvic tilt on one side?).
Super common for the left to be stretch and right or be shorten. I would check out our free pelvic magic class. Should highlight a lot of differences side to side.
