Rude customer test is pointless - if anyone is actually as rude as him in a real situation, you wouldn’t want to do business with him in the first place
You need to be numb to all characters. When you get a rude customer, just enjoy taking their money without deals. From my experience i profit the most off those types, easy mind games😅

These guys are walking around with hundreds of thousands of dollars in watches. That is very stressful. The people they are dealing with, might be thieves and con men. I have been involved in the hobby for 20 years. Most of the questions, I couldn’t answer.

What I have noticed with these guys is they are making deals with their PHONES...ordinary people underestimate how USEFUL their fucking phones are. It's not just a device for communication, games and whatnot...It's also a TOOL that can be used to gain knowledge, create and grow a business and do transactions on the go.
This is what I'm seeing in this watch business world, everyone has their phones out.
