Just another Maria Khoreva hater. She’s technically outstanding yet only just recently 23 years old. Her acting and artistry will continue to improve as she matures in life.
Ballet fortunately is about talent and hard work. This doesn’t include good ESL and lots of followers, as an aspiring influencer, on English language social media.😃

Someone, anyone, please explain why these ballerinas of today cannot keep those toe shoes quiet. The ballerinas of the years before the end of the 80s and 90s were known for not making a sound on stage. Natasha Makarova, Gelsey Kirkland, Cynthia Gregory, Cynthia Harvey, Virginia Johnson, Rebecca Wright, Francesca Corkle, Ann Marie DeAngelo, divas all and there where others. Susan Farrel, Merrill Ashley...too many to be named but they all had one thing in common which this new breed of so - called Ballerinas know nothing about. They understood what it meant to dance on pointe without making the slightest sound. So what's going on? This is a must for conversation question. They could but these can't? What gives?
Not true. I've been at live professional ballet performances since the 1970s, both modern and classical. There is always sound from the pointe shoes, even with a dance floor laid down. It's the reality of gravity. What you hear in this video is both normal and inevitable. I also danced on pointe myself in my youth and was never quiet even when my shoes were becoming too soft.
@@heatherjones6647 There is a very big difference between dancing professionally on pointe and in the studio, which I'm assuming you did. The women I mentioned, the true ballerinas I mentioned, never made a sound because they knew how to break their shoes in before each performance and would never have been caught dead in shoes which made that clucking sound that these new breed of who cares dancers make. The Ballerinas I mentioned, either I know personally or I was at their performance always. I know what I am talking about because that was the case. I actually went on to perform professional myself with 4 different dance companies in New York. Where did you perform other than in a class? Ballerinas were taught in the past to never make a peep on stage while dancing. I guess that isn't being taught any more. Tricks have taken over what once was artistry and quality.
Maria has a very charming stage presence and dances with joy. Thank you for the great selection. ❤❤❤
Maria is one of the best young ballerinas. She dances with so much lightness and her moves are seemed to be perfect. Furthermore She is beautiful. ❤
Such a delight. Beautiful costumes and wonderful dancing.
Wow, the Queen of the Dryads was beautiful 👏.
I love her arms and posture, but her leaps are tiny and very far from 180 degrees. Too bad, because she clearly is an excellent dancer.
I love Maria her lines are beautiful ❤
I find her to be atrocious you’re not supposed to hear your toe shoe hit the floor anywhere he was trade with know that as a fact

Bravo!!! Marvellous! Superb❤!💖🌺👏
SHE IS BEAUTIFULL
Maria&arounders are beautiful!
Solo milacle Maria are unbelievable & wonderful!!
Maria already has the look of a Prima Ballerina.
I liked the second variation better than the first and last…I enjoy watching in a lower speed..0.75 works for me
🌹
😍😍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️
I just can't! As small as she is, she can never come on stage without sounding like an elephant! Too bad because otherwise she is lovely.
This dancing movie just showing old tango without more variation, neither as modern tango that has more variation
Paquita variation no2. Two words…Sylvie Guillem

Rudlf Vallntin is th legend star of Hollywd was came frm Italy not frm Argntno

And who said anything about modern anyway. The point being made was about the noise being made while dancing on pointe.
Oh...and my wife is a former international prima ballerina.
