sir is setting 20-30 minutes aside and observing thoughts and let them go and observe the silence between them , is this of any value?can this be called meditation or is this also a practice
I think without any practice become aware is very difficult i think that's why We need some practice methods at first because most people are miserable depressed overthinkinker they can't even sit still for few minutes that's why nowadays We need breath observing consecration and all these non scene are needed unfortunately
sir ji ... pata hai kya I can see things the way your pointing us.. bina kisi thought ko impose kre with so called empty mind. but I am not able to draw line between using my thoughts and when not. like while studying i am reading or studying maths, doing this requires use of memory/thoughts toh between these thoughts random thoughts slips in. smjh rhe hona main kya ke rha hu toh study ke vakt flow state nhi ho pati kuki thoughts use karna important ho jata hai but prblm tb hoti hai jb alag thoughts bhi ek dum se random ghus jate hain. So main bss ye ke rha hu ki when use to thought and when not or how to ke question main dimag fass jata hai. meri situation main ye last question hai jo mind mujhe puch leta hai or main fas jata hu. Please tell something. about this. 🙏

चेतना मतलब ही जागरूकता और उस चेतना, जागरूकता के बारे मे जागरूक होना मतलब awareness खुदको खुदसे seprate होकर देखना only see who is seeing.. right
