I just always know that by watching, by the end I'll feel motivated and inspired which is something that's usually so hard to come by these days. The very first video I saw of yours was when you did a what’s on my iPhone tag with your black iPhone with the silver rhinestone case - the video where you had that sound effects app and you kept saying the recording that said “Really” sounded just like you. I totally relate to the whole size thing. Before, I would have to get a S/M because if I would have to go up a size I just wouldn’t buy it. I’ve become more comfortable with my body and have realized that a size doesn’t define me. Glad someone relates to this and loved this video❤️

When you talked about the clothes it really struck a cord with me. I’ve done that my whole life and yesterday I finally bought something in my size and even though it’s still going to take some getting used to, I really want to start getting confident and at home in my own skin. DUDE DUDE DUDE the whole size thing 100000% (also the amount of time it took me to find the % was embarrassing) relate to it, i used to always and i mean alWAYS buy clothing in a size smaller, either because the people around me were wearing a smaller size or because i thought i needed to be a smaller size AND LIKE realistically i will never be a size 00 and that is FINE, im also dominican (cursed and blessed with curves) and 5'8 so like a size 00 would probably fit up to my calf and thats it, also stores do vary in sizing so usually im a 6, but in some stores i could be a 4 or even sometimes an 8 and ive just come to terms with that my closet varies in sizing depending on my comfort and how i feel and loook and UGH just had to pause the video and go on this long rant because something literally sparked in me and i never leave comments bc im just like well no one will see it but yeah i felt like this was important ok bye love u a lot
Natalia Marte I relate to this so much! You’re awesome, you put into words a few years of my life. I’m an inch taller than you and I fit into sizes 8-12 depending on the store and for so long I was chasing a dream to be a size 2. That’s physically impossible for my body composition but it didn’t matter to me at the time. I thought if I tried hard enough or under eat enough I could make it happen. Now I care about being at a healthy weight and not a certain size 👍🏻

It's interesting about the sizing issue because I had the opposite mentality struggling with body image. I would buy larger than I was because I wanted to hide my body and I think it made me feel good that something was too big. This went on for years, I would just wear baggy jeans with a belt and like a L/ XL Tshirt or sweatshirt. It wasn't until around college I think that I actually started to buy jeans and tops that actually fit and even now I get really self conscience in 'tighter' clothing. Body perception is a really weird thing

Use it as a meal replacement, if you can’t get in a good source of protein, have a shake, you absolutely don’t need to workout. Also I would do some research on Vega, in Canada i believe our formula was caught with crazy levels of lead in their powders...

I’d been playing with the idea of uploading videos myself and asked for advice and you told me about being strong and not listening to people, who talk shit about you. Don't get this fascination with RUclips......... why do vloggers do this? Is it to be famous or to become a celebrity? Sharing your life with faceless strangers when you should be working on real life relationship's with real people is the way to go...... all this social media, and RUclips, is not real life and not healthy....... Vloggers need to ask themselves why they are doing this? What is missing in their life that they need to try and connect with total strangers... and then make decisions based on RUclips comments. Best of luck in the long run!!
