Wait until he’s 13. You will have your hands full trying to keep up with that youth of your son. Your shows of competition with your son are one of my favorites. I took my 9 and 10 year old daughters to our local lake. After admiissom fees and goodies I dropped 40.00. Then mom joined us for lunch . It was better then a hundred dollars worth of memories. Ice cream is cheap, enjoy your family. Thank You
He’s a hammer!
I took my 16yr old son bass fishing in the river nearby and and wouldn't listen to me, so I caught about a nice smallmouth at a spot I told him to fish and the 1st thing he said was Dad send me that picture of me holding that fish because I got him to take the hook out of it. The next week him and his buddies became fishermen. 🎉😊 Thanks Matt for doing what you do

It was a fun day
This is by far the best video on RUclips. Really enjoyed watching it. Took a 12 year old boy fishing for the first time yesterday, he and I had a great time. He caught a 1 1/2 pound smallmouth.

He’s getting dang good
Just watched it again. Went fishing with my son this cold winter morning and he also wipped my butt as usually happens. We caught 3 stunning bass each but his biggest was bigger (2.6kg). There is nothing better than fishing with your son or father. Stunning channel. Thanks again, Matt. Good health and tight lines.

Lessons learned. The old man ain't completely washed up. I do like the way you cut Hank close to the bank on the point to keep him too shallow. Nice strategy 😂. You will get him next time, Hank. Duke the weigh master keepin score. These videos are always fun to watch. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Matt you have to try the Jackall Kaera frog they are only 2.2 inches but walk as good as a popping frog, I was blown away how good this frog is and it’s crazy soft
