so i have a gtx 1080 8gb model and it has similar performance maybe a little higher ...the problem is that the opening of the game and first part runs well ..its when you get to bigger city etc ...u will see the frame rate drop to the 40s /50s like a yo yo ... but basically in cities .. gameplay is fine out in the wild ... i always say when doing benchmarks ...progress at least 1/3 of the game and benchmark from there...as the first opening parts of any game are generally the most well optimized....the rest isn't...that's where you'll get the true feel of the game.
Was frame generation turned on? FSR quality looked a bit weird. Didn't it support FSR 3.1? I'd go for native resolution and turn on frame gen instead of using quality.

Yes, FSR 3.1 is enabled. You just need to update the game to the latest patch to use it
