I love it, I have tried it, but I melt the butter 50% (I use the microwave) and I put the parsley and garlic on the container that the butter comes in, and after that I let it set overnight in the fridge. It tastes it really good.

I love making egg-butter, where you grate some boiled eggs into the butter, stir it up and then just put it on toast/bread with a tad of salt and/or greens. Def gonna try this too though!

i like to put a bit of blue cheese and horseradish with some garlic and random herbs when i make a beef roast. i place the gravy down first, then layer everything on top and then on the beef plunk a round or two on top and let it slow melt into the beef... just delicious! works well with lamb too.

Im going to be using thigh instead of breast as that is what i have in and my fella prefers it, hope it will still work OK. Plus i wont be doing the frying stage just bung em in the oven, I'm guessing they may take a little longer about 30mins as they are boneless skinless thighs. If you micro plain citrus fruit peel and a bit of juice with perhaps sage to other herbs. That would be a good one. You can also make a bunch and freeze the extra.
I used garlic scapes ,chop the scape in a blender until all pasty and then add it to butter or margarine at room temp ,put into ice cube trays a freeze over night ,then wrap in plastic wrap or baggies

anyone have any suggestions for Holidays??? I was thinking of giving this a try and using Candy Molds for things like Thanksgiving or Christmas. And, someone told me to use my stand mixer since I am going to have to start soon for the holidays when you have at bare minimum 50 people. Thanksgiving is normally at least 60-100 and Christmas is about 50-60. Anything I can start new would be great. Thank you Kerry Ann
Robyn food I have been looking for molds. found a candy mold for the Turkeys and the same for the Christmas Tree too. But, you have to mess with them and even drop them on your counter tops to get things to go into place. My issue is that they are candy molds. The other downfall is that I have to put them in the freezer to freeze again which I don't mind at all. It's the unmolding part that is a pain in the ass. and, I'm trying to not lose the shape either. I'm doing something wrong. it has to be me.

I make my own butter (cause it's mildly cheaper to do and uni) to season steaks so this will be good.
