Home Owners Associations (HOA's) are infact Marxist training opportunities for those with more money than brains who must have guidance on everything but also demand their neighbors submit to their ideas. These mini dictatorships are often headed by academic marxists who manage to escape the literal hell they've helped produce in other neighborhoods, with twisted leftist policies and sucky 3rd world political figures. Offering up the nicest homes for the most trained sheep, these HOA's offer "protection" and "security" for people who can't get along with other's without a board meeting of "community activists". Every ghetto was partially created by those slithering creatures who seek to insulate themselves from the problems of their fellow man by escaping human interaction. Its killing America! HOA's and ghettos are both un American creations of cultural marxism and should never have a place in a nation that prides itself on freedom!
@@crabbinmoose8583 That’s another level of a conspiracy theory... HOAs keep the neighborhood in check, and most do not bother residents for no reason. Homes must be maintained and look presentable so that EVERYONE can sell their home for a reasonable price after they choose to move out.
