Hello dear 💕 first of all thank you for making this video at such young age you have so much of clarity about life. For me my distractions are my past memories I had gone through severe mental trauma since past 2 years though now I don't have to survive on anti depressents I do meditate 🧘♀️ now my mind is much calmer thn before but sometimes I get carried away and I get easily overwhelmed by those thoughts .. But I believe 🙏 that universe 🌌 do have better plans for me recently I qualified Net 🎉 and only I know how I prepared for it inspite of that situation had all kind of mental breakdown sleepless nights crying myself to sleep panic attacks..
Sending lots of love and extreme positivity from my side dear ❤ first of all Many Many Congratulations for the achievement Proud of dear you are very brave, believe in your efforts sab bahut jada accha hoga and past me jo bhi hua ho leave it behind , now it is useless for you or agar koi chij itni takleef de rahi hai tbb to ek pal ke liye bhi mtt socho, pain ke alawa kuch nhi milta
I know itna asan nahi hota but agar khush rehna hai life me aage badhna hai to karna padega, we should always and always focus on our present and future, past is just to either cherish our memories or to learn from our mistakes.....
You have already started achieving your dreams now it's time to keep your mind and heart happy ( and never cry for those thing/ person jo apko sirf dukh dene le liye hote hai becoz your emotions are precious )

the most awaited video... dii u know there are hundreds of videos jo distractions pr baate krti h... bhut sari videos h jisme yhi btaya gya h ki distractions ko overcome kaise kre but even those are distractions for us kyonki kisi mein b koi practical solution nhi diya gya h....
your videos are different kyonki aapne bhut practical solution diya h ki find ur goal and purpose u will never be distracted... lots of love..
