If you run an MMA promotion, can't you invest into a ring that DOESN'T require fighters to stop in the middle of ground work only to reposition..??? Surely building something akin to octagon doesn't cost that much..
@@erfanator1 I'm not sure about that.. there are inexpensive "rigs" that allow to put camera over the fighters (and the cage).. not to mention the fact you can get camera-men working just above the cage, same as in UFC.. I think in this instance it's the cheapness of this promotion that's preventing an establishment of proper fighting venue.. obviously cage is very specific as to what kind of promotions and sports you can hold in them, whilst rings are much more universal.. but I personally think if I'd be running various MMA, a cage is a MUST, especially if you want to be seen as a "legitimate" promotion, because as far as MMA goes, UFC is setting the standards..
both fighters fought hard there were some good punches thrown from both fighters good job.congradulations to the winner...I'm not telling anybody how to run their business, but for this type of match needs a cage or fix the ring up some how where fighters don't have to get up out of their positions to be moved then put back in that position to me it's unfair to both fighters, and I will think it does make a difference on the outcome of a fight.thank you tommy g So,Cal, USA
He had more hits, takedowns, and controlled more. The other guy may have had damage but that could be the optics of the cut. Either way it was good and close.
