I always meal plan for the month and put together my grocery list based on what digital coupons are currently available on Kroger’s app. Another trick is to create a grocery list / order online through click list so that you are strictly buying what you planned on getting (whereas when you shop at the store you are tempted to buy unnecessary items on a whim, especially if you go in hungry). I love simple truth! I save money on grocery shopping by doing the click list pick up! I never go into the store! I have my list and do it all online and browse the digital coupons before hand! I don't get dragged into buying last minute things that look good and I can see my total BEFORE I check out! I never go over budget anymore!

My daughter & son in law live with me because I'm disabled & they help me. We always make a list of what we need & go through the pantry to make sure we don't have anything on the list. Also, we always check expiration dates on packages. It's amazing the amounts of items we find that are expired or are coming due within the next couple days. Thanks for the video, I'm so stoked to go grocery shopping now. I like coupons, but one of my fave tricks is to go into the store with a certain amount of cash and stick to that. It forces me to really think if I need that bag of chips that I would have to sacrifice something else for. It not only keeps me on budget, but also helps me to buy healthier options.
Planning meals for the week and collecting coupons and digital coupons is a huge saver for us. The app makes this super easy! I try to shop by myself so I can focus and not shop while hungry to avoid impulse buying, too. I love my local Kroger! The staff are always so down to earth and nice!! And the products are always stocked and available 😊 Fuel points are also a huge perk and helps us save money in multiple areas!

The way I try to save most is by making a list of items I need before going, search on the Kroger app for any deals on there for items I need then once I’m at the store I compare them to other brands pricing. This helps so much and I’m about to head to the grocery store tonight. Can’t wait to save!

My favorite way to save is to buy the store brands instead of the retail brands. I also buy what is on sale and make a list of what I need so I don't buy too much. As a college student, I try budgeting my expenses by doing my version of meal prepping. It really saves me money by cooking at home.

Manager specials + coupons = a great deal for me! I also stock up on items I use frequently like chicken 🐓, beef 🥩 fruits 🍌 🍎 🍉 and veggies 🍅 🌽 🌶. I freeze them for meals, sauces and smoothies.

My favorite way to save is to buy the store brands instead of the retail brands. I also buy what is on sale and make a list of what I need so I don't buy too much. As a college student, I try budgeting my expenses by doing my version of meal prepping. It really saves me money by cooking at home.
