FIFA hosts Referee Seminar

From 19-21 September, 72 referees & assistant referees from across Europe gathered at the Home of FIFA to attend a three-day referee seminar for prospective UEFA candidates for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ and FIFA Women’s World Cup France 2019™.

En afrique nous n'avons rien . Seulement 5 pays sur 32 qualifies aucun arbitre noire au dernier carré de CDM

Pourquoi un africain n'a jamais diriger une finale de coupe du monde. Pourquoi? Si le football est un sport universel avec de valeur de faire play. Au moment ou les femmes sont introduit dans l'arbitrage du football masculin . La fifa doit donner le sifflet a un noire en finale de CDM pour montrer qu'elle n'est pas rasiste.
