Tyrannus was perhaps the most techincal Lightsaber user of them all. Not to mention Vader and Tyrannus have exteremely good use of the force =P

He never lost his force abilities other han the force lightning, which he never would have used anyway.. He liked force choke too much, it was terrifying for other soldiers to see and he could release them before it killed them.... But a good example of his power is when he first became machine, he nearly crushed the whole room

The "Chosen One" had to get those implants in the first place because he wasn't strong enough to win. Luke will always be the most impressive Force user because in a very short amount of time and with almost zero help he taught himself abilities that Anakin and other Jedi had to be trained since childhood to master. If Luke continues to grow at the same rate, he could believably surpass all.
