When I bought mine it came with all of those paperwork plus a mini poster and the mail in card to subscribe to Nintendo power magazine which I did sign up for it. My 1st purchase from Nintendo power was the Mario kart Strategy guide and I still currently have it including the Killer Instinct guide.
You are NOT supposed to blow into the pack. Any spit/humidity added to the connection could cause a short that can either kill the connectors OR entirely brick the system.
