I spent my entire working life in the trucking industry. I can tell you that good companies like this are the exception, not the rule. God Bless as you move forward.

I dispatch for a small family sanitation company, and I tell the driver's "If you mess up.....fess up". Honesty and integrity go a long way.

👍🏿👍🏿👍👍 Integrity is essential to a CEO's leadership style as it influences the trust and credibility between a leader and their employees, keeping their morale up is the key, been there I was in charge of a 100 employees and it's not easy.

I've drove many of semi's. The first thing I told myself was that if something happens rather It was my fault or not tell someone as soon as possible.

That's why I've always preferred the old factory bumpers that angle up on the ends. Prefer in every way, because function leads to form.

    Hi,
If you ever read my comment then please revert if you have a Hopper bottom trailer as well? If yes then can you make it available in Ohio, nearby Columbus?
Till then take care and wish you good luck with your amazing creative work
    😊

    How it going Justin
you definitely have it all organized , I was wondering do they use beat juice over there for the snow and ice they did back in the day when I used to run that country , You would see a lot of red on trucks that was beat juice , and for sure if a driver cannot tell you what happened and be honest with you there is no loyalty there you get rid of him , just my opinion
    be safe take care yourselves

I haven’t seen any beet juice get used around here but I heard of it getting used in Michigan

139 has always been my favorite. Class pays! Bumpers will always be beat up, even the bossman bent his bumper on the new 100th anniversary kenworth, no he'll never live it down 🤣 you guys got the nice walking floors ours in the 80's were 45 ft built in the 70's and the tarp was rolled up on the front that you had to unroll while walking across the whole load. But it was fun in those day's. Thanks for sharing happy trails stay safe 👍
