    Thank you for another super informative series. I really appreciate your “real” approach and honesty, so often, people make training seem easy so when you’re honest about adapting for heat, life events and scheduling around work and social, it’s very inspiring and also super helpful to learn from, thank you!

    I’m training for a marathon in the fall also and I’ve been struggling in this heat and where I live the humidity is continuously over 80% which makes it increasingly more difficult. I need to start waking up earlier for these runs. Skipped my long run last week and attempted it again this week to fail… felt like I was going to pass out so I had to stop.

      Oh no!! the humidity makes it sooo much worse 🥵 That actually happened to me last year where I kept failing to finish my long run too. but don't give up!! hopefully you'll be able to wake up earlier and get them done. you got this! 💥

    I feel you for summer training! I've been struggling and changing things up too to accommodate. I believe it's the smart thing to do. 😊

      oh yeah!! i'm a huge believer of not trying to force things that don't come naturally so if you need to do it in the evening then by all means!! 😃
