Hello, I am Latina. And I must say this is my favorite song along with the dance for Just dance.
Actually this song doesn't have a meaning from what I heard, besides "esta cruzado".
But I can tell you the origin by informing myself from the internet. The song was actually created by mistake, during a show in which the singer (Toño) was not accompanied by his usual musicians. So he had to interpret since they were not coordinated and started humming that as the key to be in rhythm.
