Luca- Ik you probably won't see this but I just wanted to say that you have honestly made my life so much better. I stopped being so embarrassed about meditating, i started using law of attraction, and your what I eat in a day videos have made it so much easier for me. (im vegetarian) Your whole vibe and personality in general just lights up my day whenever you post. I really aspire to be as positive as a person as you, especially considering all you've been through. You're amazing Luca ❤

In regards to thoughts about girls being pressured to date and whatnot, I personally disagree with the statement of guys not having pressure cause honestly I’ve seen some guys (especially ones who are conventionally attractive) constantly get asked if they’re single and whatnot so honestly I feel like the pressure goes both ways and in some cases it’s just not as obvious if that makes sense! also while I do think effort should be put in both ways, if someone wants to chase after someone they like, theres nothing wrong with it:) But it really does go both ways:) love you Luca!

@@itslucawhitaker I think the thing is most guys say that they actually like the chase, maybe it's the thrill of it or the success, but most guys like it so..
i also totally agree about the "looks do matter" part, but other traits are more important on top of that. people usually get mad when i say looks DO matter, but it's not the only thing that matters
And i feel like that's such a common opinion, how can people be mad at that?!

I just wanted to say that when you talked about about how when we die, we die with nothing that's on this earth, only with what's internal - and that really hit me and made me question my values of life, like do I value the things I own or do I value how I'm able to get up every morning and strive to make the most of the day in order to feel fulfilled (It's the second one). So thank you, you're an amazing human, and you're positivity and mindfulness has such an effect on me xxx

I am 17 years old, when I was 16 years old I thought I was going insane. I had a psychotic break and it lead me to substance abuse and suicidal tendencies, which have caused it to happen even more. It came as a shock to me and everyone around me and it has impacted my life deeply. I’m working on it, and it’s so nice to see other girls who are just like me experiencing the same thing and not being afraid to open up about it.
It's hard to open up if the people around you don't care or understand that's my life anyway

Literally I feel like only girls get that question “about marrying and having kids” I do not wanna have kids that’s too much of a responsibility you know. You can’t leave them in cars you can’t leave them anywhere actually my mind isn’t built for that mindset yet, I’ve always been conditioned to take care of myself and my little cousins the only difference with that is I get to send them back to their mother. Idk it’s weird and nasty seeing people comment on these influencers comment section talking about you guys need more babies or you should get pregnant 🤰 like they’re the ones that’s gonna be the ones taking care of it mentally and physically It’s almost like a fetish or something.
Totally-- also the Earth only has enough resources for 2-3 billion people that live like Americans do. If people have too many kids we will exhaust our resources and climate change will get worse.

I had a bad accident 3-4 years ago and I sustained a head injury. I remember not feeling like myself at all and this really messed me up mentally. I have healed and came to understand what exactly happened to me when I hit my head but I love to hear other people’s experiences. It was a long journey to recovery but I feel “normal” and like “myself” again!

i absolutely LOVE how luca talked about everything in this video, especially when she was talking about periods... it can be really easy to focus on the negatives of them, but it was really refreshing that luca described them as a sign of life and being a woman...we should all try to remember that.

yes luca! I'm glad you made the comment about kind of liking having all of this time and not worrying about fomo. I almost feel like I shouldn't feel that way but there hasn't been a day where I've been bored I have college stuff I'm working on and personal projects but then the rest of my friends are dying to go out and hate being in quarentine which I get but I kind of feel abnormal for actually liking this pause in life and having my independent schedule to work out and meditate and stuff
i wasn't bored during the school year due to a heavy workload but now that I'm on summer break, I'm so bored
