After the poor box office performance of Fight Club, David Fincher had meetings with his agents where they were like "We hope you'll let us talk you out of such bad ideas in the future..." Fincher said he still believed in the movie.
Meanwhile, Fight Club is 25th on Empire's list of top movies of all time.

Lose the Marvel MCU thing, if possible. Magic and CGI should have their own category, or be in a separate list. It's like having serious anime compilation, and there's always Dragonball Z with magic and explosions. I grew up with comics and movies, though and it's YOUR list. My bias is showing. Loved the B/W treatment of the chestburster scene.
