To explain super consciousness/awareness it should be explained with simple examples which a common man can understand. What research was conducted? What conclusions were drawn? A common man has nothing to do with this. Somewhere someone is saying his point from the viewpoint of philosophy, somewhere someone is saying his point from the viewpoint of science. Everyone keeps on lecturing in their own way but no one is able to give a clear conclusion that what should a common man do to achieve the blissful peace of mind.

Beautifully explained... I love how hyper quest is truly making wonderful mind bending conversations happen. We not only get knowledge but learn how to think form defferent perspectives instead of being biased about only one of them. My brain can't stop thinking about the identical twins situation. I think ss we born every individual has a breathing pattern which somehow affect the circulation secretion of blood and hormones. As we know that defferent breathing styles causes defferent parts of brain to function which creates defferent kind of neurological pattern as Santosh sir explained when he was talking about meditation. Truly wonderful podcast ❤
Breathing has no direct effect on brains function, what's affected is the oxygen saturation and blood flow to brain. Meditation regulate blood flow by restricting thoughts and vice-versa.

And Controlled breathing can reduced levels of stress hormones in the blood.. and there is detailed explanation in dr. Andrew Huberman podcast regarding breathing. A child when first born..is seeing things for first time.. which he/she may find playfull or also can frighten him.. here comes the response..if he fears that.. breathing rate goes higher.. dur to fear adrenaline comes in play... And another things we always find pattern in things... There is no single guarantee that two defferent person find same pattern in it..

It seems like Santos sir is calm, composed and have more real life centric approch. Where as Ankit sir have a more information based approch, which often does not apply in real cases or topics. Though Ankit sir could present his say more out loud. Overall wonderful conversation between two different perspectives, to witness.
This is modern day shastrat at its best. One suggestion: I would love to see short 10-15 min video (let's say one question at a time, edited version) where you could conclude both perspective at the end. (This conclusion can be added later with graphics etc. like we see in your other videos). Thank you for the amazing content as always. Appreciate your team's effort. Beautifully explained... I love how hyper quest is truly making wonderful mind bending conversations happen. We not only get knowledge but learn how to think form defferent perspectives instead of being biased about only one of them. My brain can't stop thinking about the identical twins situation. I think ss we born every individual has a breathing pattern which somehow affect the circulation secretion of blood and hormones. As we know that defferent breathing styles causes defferent parts of brain to function which creates defferent kind of neurological pattern as Santosh sir explained when he was talking about meditation.

Breathing has no direct effect on brains function, what's affected is the oxygen saturation and blood flow to brain. Meditation regulate blood flow by restricting thoughts and vice-versa.

A child when first born..is seeing things for first time.. which he/she may find playfull or also can frighten him.. here comes the response..if he fears that.. breathing rate goes higher.. dur to fear adrenaline comes in play... And another things we always find pattern in things...
