As a niners fan, Mahomes is one of the best quarterbacks I've ever seen. Other teams could have had taken him in the draft, but they totally passed up. I loved this season for Patrick Mahomes for a ton of reasons. Why? Because things didn’t come easy for him. He had to learn a new style of playing ball. He had to be patient. And he had to take what the defense gave him. He learned a lot from Tom Brady and he will keep getting better.

I think the loss of hill will force mahomes to be better at that. There were so many frustrating moments last season where there would be wide open receivers but instead he throws it into double coverage just because it’s hill/kelce
We’ll see how good he truly is next year playing without, not only a TRUE WR1, but without the best deep route runner in the league, the fastest WR in the league, and also a top 3-5 WR in the league. So next year we’ll see how good he is at reading his progressions and reading the defense. I know teams will double Kelce alll year and just go 1 on 1 with JuJu and Hardman and MVS.. I think Pat will be fine, but I do think he takes a step back and throws around 3800-4100 yards, 28-33 TDs & 13-17 INTs… It’ll for sure be an interesting season for Mahomes tho. Obviously he’s not going to get benched but it’ll be a sign of how good he really is. Like if he comes out and throws for 50 TDs & 5000+ yards without Hill then he’ll receive even more praise!
Supreme talent. One thing hits me over and over again when I watch this (I grew up watching 80's & 90's NFL)... it looks way too clean and sanitized. No mud, rain, snow. No vapors from the mouths of the players when it's freezing outside. The natural elements outside are what makes football gritty and fun. Now it's like watching a video game. It's just *not* *the* *same* game I fell in love with as a kid. Despite the ridiculous skills of the players. Just my opinion

I loved this season for Patrick Mahomes for a ton of reasons. Why? Because things didn’t come easy for him. He had to learn a new style of playing ball. He had to be patient. And he had to take what the defense gave him. He learned a lot from Tom Brady and he will keep getting better.

I think the loss of hill will force mahomes to be better at that. There were so many frustrating moments last season where there would be wide open receivers but instead he throws it into double coverage just because it’s hill/kelce

We’ll see how good he truly is next year playing without, not only a TRUE WR1, but without the best deep route runner in the league, the fastest WR in the league, and also a top 3-5 WR in the league. So next year we’ll see how good he is at reading his progressions and reading the defense. I know teams will double Kelce alll year and just go 1 on 1 with JuJu and Hardman and MVS.. I think Pat will be fine, but I do think he takes a step back and throws around 3800-4100 yards, 28-33 TDs & 13-17 INTs… It’ll for sure be an interesting season for Mahomes tho. Obviously he’s not going to get benched but it’ll be a sign of how good he really is. Like if he comes out and throws for 50 TDs & 5000+ yards without Hill then he’ll receive even more praise!
